Unsal Hotel is a real 'home from home'. Staff can't do enough for you and you really get a sense of it being family-run. Always see the same staff and management have a real presence. The location is superb, 5 mins walk to beach, supermarket across the road, a great selection of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Great priced food and drinks in the restaurant. Lovely breakfast choices. Superb pool with separate kids pool and jacuzzi. We found our bedroom to be so comfortable, huge bed, travel cot for our daughter, cleaned whenever we wanted it, everything replenished, bottles of water provided, pool towels changed whenever we wanted, great view of the pool and mountains from our balcony. Would highly recommend and would return in the future if we come back to OluDeniz.

1st night I thought 'yikes, it's noisy!' with the cocktail bar across the road blaring 80's and 90's hits out til gone midnight, but we soon realised the aircon in our room drowned out the noise so no problem sleeping thereafter.

Birant and the rest of the Unsal hotel staff were incredible, very accommodating and warming. We mentioned it was a special occasion for us so when we arrived our room was set up with flowers and Prosecco making it feel very special. When we were close to missing breakfast they’d call to remind us we still could make it in time and it was always delicious. All personal questions were answered happily, the room was very clean and large with a sunny balcony that over looked the stunning mountains and great pool, the general building / location of Unsal hotel was perfect and a 2 minute walk to the sea! restaurant orange just down the road was also lovely, met some very nice people such as Ercan and Hector working there, highly recommend here when coming to Oludeniz from our 6 night experience, p.s you should rent a scooter and head to Kabak beach, you’ll find a secret spot on the way back that has the most amazing view point of Oludeniz, the mountains around and blue lagoon.

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend! Pros: - only a 5 minute walk from the beach - has beautiful pool with water you can simply walk into and is refreshing in the heat - breakfast included - glad we got a room with a jacuzzi tub as we took advantage of it to relax - on a quieter street (we realized on our last day that the next street over has a market, lots of bars and restaurants and LOTS of people - I appreciated that our hotel was not like that as our stay was the end of a busy trip to Istanbul) Things to be aware of: - The “hot tub” pictured near the pool is the same temperature as the pool. Not cold but also not warm/hot — not a major issue given how hot it is in the summer - In our room, the tile between the room and the bathroom was not flush — I tripped more than once and got a little cut on my toe

Property shows as 3 star on google however this is definitely a 4 star. Rooms are decently sized with great amenities. Pool and pool area was clean. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Didn’t need a car at all, except for when we visited Babadag which we used the local bus for in order to keep our parking spot.

The street the hotel is located was always busy with traffic, we got really lucky with parking however there were many cars double parked.

We’re lucky enough to travel a lot and this is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. The staff are so attentive and helpful. The hotel location is fabulous, near everything and close to the beach and dolmus bus stop. Our garden room was lovely, spotlessly clean and the bathroom was gorgeous and a bonus having proper Dove products to use. The pool and gardens surrounding the pool are beautiful. The breakfast was very nice, great coffee too. Highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely return.

Newly remodeled very nice hotel. Spacious room with everything you need. Bathroom is very modern, shower had good water pressure and hot water was always available We spent two nights there. It’s only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 1 minute to main walking street. The beach is a bit busy but the water is so blue and clear. Water temperature was 25 degrees on 24 September. We also spent some lazy time by the pool which is really nice as well. Breakfast was good and plenty. We had dinner and lunch in their restaurant. Food was excellent. We also used the laundry service at very reasonable price. Highly recommend to take the cable car trip to mount Babadag 1700 meters high. Take a taxi which is only $5 one way. Hotel is family owned and these people are so accommodating and nice helping with everything.

We stayed at Unsal for 9 days, the hotel is pretty cozy, with tidy and clean rooms, but there not big, for two people will be okay. Location was lit, everything is nearby, mostly sea in a 5-7 min, restaurants, bars, markets. Breakfast was normal, without any benefits, just a regular one. Personnel was friendly and contributed with requests.

Well there were not so many negative points, but we faced some of them: 1. is the bathroom, there is no door or some specific curtain in the shower, water was everywhere.. which was uncomfortable. 2. should improve cleaning, as sometimes room wasn’t cleaned, or they didn’t place water. 3. one day we ordered pizza by the pool, and it was the worst pizza ever, idk mb it was a coincidence, but by careful with the orders 🥲

What an unexpected stay! We already had some high expectations but my god what a hotel it is! Cozy yet stylish, clean, comfortable and yet the prices are unbelievable with this comfort. I had to organize my engagement proposal and hotel manager Suleyman helped me a lot along with other requests. Big thanks to Unsal hotel! See you again soon :)

Unsal Hotel is wonderful. The staff are friendly and attentive and accommodating. The hotel is peaceful and relaxing and is directly behind the main strip. Even though the hotel is close to several bars with music this did not in any way impact our stay. It’s the second time l have stayed in this hotel (2019) and it has since undergone an extensive renovation and upgrade installing a lift for disabled guest for example. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the breakfast and food cooked to order in the restaurant is phenomenal. The hotel is spotlessly clean and as a family run hotel it really is in my opinion a gem and we will be back next year.

I really struggled to find anything negative to say about this fabulous hotel however the mattress on the bed was a bit firm for my liking but that’s obviously a personal choice and l got used to it during my stay. Also it would be helpful to have a small Washing line installed in the balcony to hang towels or swimming costumes on instead of hanging them over the balcony itself. I’ve seen these small extendable washing lines in other hotels l have stayed in.

We love everything about this place!! We haven't had a holiday for 6 years due to work and this place was our last holiday so when we arrived and saw it had a refurb, the place looks amazing and it really is!! It was great before but now wow. I have never been to a place where the staff care about you so much. Its something really special. My husband been poorly (no fault of the hotel) and the care he had was unreal, to the point the chefs had his diet sheet from the doctor and they adjusted to way they cooked just for him, the waiters making special hot drinks to help with the sromach pains, the whole team are the best. The rooms spotless, beds so comfortable, the pool amazing, the food so tasty...cheesecake to die for!! I could go on forever talking about how great it is.
