The apartment was well furnished although lacking the basic elements for cooking (oil, S/P). Bed was comfortable. Washing machine was great with soap included. Parking was easier than I expected but summer high season might be different. The breakfast was delicious at a waterfront restaurant which was a delightful few blocks walk away.

The "non-stick" pan was horribly scratched and unsafe but I didn't need to use it anyway with such great food nearby. A couple other easily fixable issues were communicated directly to the staff and will hopefully not be a future issue, primarily the hand shower whose wall mount was broken and so would fall as soon as water went on.

We were welcomed with a "gift tray" full of snacks, which was a really nice touch—especially since we arrived quite late and the nearest shops were already closed. There are plenty of stores nearby (Migros, A101, Şok, BIM...), and it's very close to the promenade. Overall, the location is quite good.

Do bring some earplugs, as the call to prayer from the nearby mosque can be clearly heard early every morning. When we first entered the room—although it was non-smoking—we noticed the smell of cigarette smoke. Fortunately, it faded gradually over the next few days. What didn’t fade, however, was the smell from the sewer system, which remained noticeable. The young man at reception was very helpful. The other reception staff were generally helpful as well, but when we asked them to arrange a taxi for the next morning, they somehow forgot to book it or inform us about the details. The elevator was quite slow, and the kitchen wasn't well equipped for cooking. That said, the food in Fethiye is absolutely delicious and (compared to Istanbul) very affordable. :)

The prices in Fethiye and in Turkey in general are going through the roof. Places like Mykonut used to much more affordable just a couple of years ago ((

Hotel is well located: 1. quiet place; 2. groceries, restaurants are nearby, as well as mountains for hiking. Very good staff, thanks to Saddike and Mehmet for hospitality.

1. Lightning in the studio is poor. There was an ongoing remodelling in some other suites, hopefully it'd get better. 2. Frying pan was with damaged coating. Btw we prefer pans without teflon coating. 3. Beach is quite far away, ~ 50 min of walking.

Everything was very good. The very attentive staff always willing to help, even through the language barrier. Always greeted by a happy smiling receptionist. Great quiet location (except the call to prayer). Shops, restaurants and the marina all nearby. Nice apartment with kitchen including a washing machine.

Liked where the property was situated, check in & check was easy peasy. Staff warm, welcoming, friendly, helpful. Not too big, & well equipped.

The initial odour when first arrived, no idea what it was but did disappear after a few days. The air conditioning didn’t quite have it’s desired effect when it came the boudoir.

A nicely run apart-hotel with spacious rooms and decent internet. Nearby shops (Migros MM) and restaurants. A quiet location.

Ground floor apartment isn't very private with people walking by the window. No reason to mention "balcony" for the apartment if it's just a place outside straight at the pathway.

It was quite and clean. The receptionists were very helpful and try to do their best to support. One did not speak English but made his best to help and made it happen when needed

Toilette in the last floor was stinking. Curtain fell down in a room as soon as we touched it. Electric Plugs could be fixed as coming out might be dangerous

The elevator is convenient, but it may be a bit old, so it is a bit scary to ride.

Quiet neighburhood .

There was a bed smell under the sink in the kitchen. The hard pillows ( for us, maybe for others is ok) The lady in the reception wasn't nice, but the men were ok.
