Hotel room was really big and nice, it was a nice surprise to have a big room with a lounge room. They also had a nice breakfast which was included in the price. The location was optimal. Very close to the bus transfer and close to the city centre.

Location near Bus terminal was very good for me as I came by bus and left the city by bus. Breakfast and wifi was good. Staff was very friendly 👍. Thank you!

Unfortunately I booked a Studio Underground , please be careful with it as rooms are located on -1 floor with no window and any sunlight, room is damp. HAIR DRYER was broken, there were no IRON and WARM BLANKET in the room which made my stay uncomfortable. So I woke up with wet hair and it took very long time to dry clothes. Even a/c on +30C didn’t help ((. I understand hotel management that it’s high season and time to sell every square meter of the building, but please take more care of next guests 😉. Thank you 🙏!

Little bit of noise from traffic outside ,but I am a very light sleeper, the apartment offers sofa bed also in lounge so you can also sleep in there, which may be little quieter It is so welcoming with lovely staff. I would use again .

The room was very spacious and had great air conditioning. There was a large spread of both Easter and western options for breakfast provided. Quiet area. Very close to bus stop and a shopping complex.

This residence is less than 10 minutes away from the bus terminal, and it's not far to carry my luggage. The residence was the same as the picture, and the things I needed were well-equipped. In particular, the washing machine was really clean. Breakfast is served with just Turkish breakfast items, and it is a buffet style. The people who prepared breakfast and the people at the reception were all kind. Thanks to you, I rested well!

Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was basic, clean and comfortable. The facilities were great with a washing machine, good shower and fast wifi. Shop across the road to purchase washing detergent. The reception was a large space to relax in. The bus station is a 10 minute walk. Excellent homemade breakfast with a great range of delicious foods!

No windows in the lower floor rooms.

The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were truly amazing. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, cafes, and restaurants. Most importantly, it was conveniently located just a one-minute drive away from Erasta Mall, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

There was no dedicated parking space for the hotel, so you had to find a spot on the street. It wasn't too bad, actually, but I suppose it could be a bit challenging at times. The breakfast was satisfactory.

The sheets are clean and the breakfast is good.

The bathrooms are not clean and there is an awful smell from the drain system. One of the two shower doors is broken. The room ls for 4 are on the first floor, has some wall windows that goes directly in the lobby or in the kitchen, so the noise from the tv or the smell are in the bed with you.

Everything was perfect with our balcony room. (except the duvet) breakfast was lovely, location great- close to bus station and restaurants. Also close to the sea by car. Housekeeping was excellent. Hung up our laundry for us as well.

The only fault was the bed duvet to cover up at night... It was a starched towel like fabric that scratched the skin. Initially we had the room underground with no natural light and the extractor fan in bathroom wasn't working and bathroom was small... But we changed rooms after one night. That room wasn't so good.
