The hotel was great. We enjoyed a lot, very helphul staff, nice and delicious food, and the beach was excellent. Even for the late summer, I can recommend. Very nice environment for couples or group of friends.

The only thing to improve is the ecological aspect of our travel. I simply dont believe in suistanability badge this hotel has, when i consider how the waste management of this hotel works. Also I never demanded room service multiple times a day.

We got such a lovely welcome. We were tired and it was late when we arrived and the reception team got us a buggy straight to the restaurant. They did the check in for us and then came to get us at the end of the meal with the room key and our bags and took us straight to our room. I’ve never had a better check in at a hotel. Talk about setting the right tone. The room was lovely, stocked with drinks and it was very clean and comfortable. I loved the 5 minute boat ride over to the secret beach. There is a beach bar there with wonderful staff who continually ask you if you’d like any drinks or cocktails. There is a snack bar serving hot food but a 2 minute walk away is the wonderful Azur restaurant. Slightly elevated with a view over the sea, it is a delightful place to have lunch. Back at the main resort there is the pool bar and two pools, both great. I loved how the resort was landscaped. We’d wander down in the morning to the Starbucks, then a while later enjoy the buffet breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. A big thank you to Rutkay and Beranur but we were so well looked after by everyone. The free 3 hour boat trip was a highlight. They had sandwiches, crisps and an open bar. It stopped off at two spots to swim off the boat. Wi-Fi was excellent at the resort. There are three restaurants you have to pay a supplement to use, the seafood restaurant (25 euro), the Italian restaurant (25 euro) and Japanese restaurant (50 euro). We didn’t try them. All in all a wonderful stay.

Only thing I would say is that the music is very loud in the evening. It is so loud it takes over the common area. There isn’t really anywhere just to relax in the evening without having to yell over the music. Nothing else really that we didn’t like.

This hotel is a gem. Göcek bay is one of the most beautiful spots in Turkey and is not overcrowded with tourists (yet). The secret beach is amazing and a short boat ride there is an ultimate pleasure. Suites are super spacious and although the hotel is big you actually feel very private. The hotel grounds are kept immaculate with beautiful blooming trees and perfectly manicured lawns. Food is incredible - everything is fresh, delicious and varied. But the biggest asset of this property are its people who will go any extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. I would like to especially thank Mustafa Ergin from the main restaurant and the beach bar super star Hakan. Thank you for our perfect stay in Göcek!

Top notch hotel, service and staff. Nature is heaven like. Beach is amazing. EXCEPTIONAL Turkish and international food varieties (Trust me, I am a professional chef) Finest ingredients are used. Superb cocktails by mixologists. Rooms are bigger than regular hotels. Super comfy beds. Guest relations are communicating with guests almost everyday. If you need anything, they immediately take care of it. I have traveled A LOT and Rixos Premium Gocek would easily fall under the Top 3 Hotels on my list. Go for it. You won’t be sorry. We will absolutely come back! There may be occasional disruptions in the housekeeping and minibar services in the rooms, but there is nothing major. Can be overlooked, taking the entire experience into consideration.

We enjoyed our stay at Rixos. The staff were the heart of this resort. Their warmth, efficiency,and genuine care for guests were truly commendable. The resort itself a haven of activity. The entertainment team kept guests engaged with a variety of activities throughout the day. The dining options were plentiful, with something to satisfy every palate. Overall, our stay was delightful . The staff , facilities,and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectation. Many thanks to the gusts relation staff especially maçına and Maher for their help during our stay.

Everything was great.

The location is fantastic: peaceful, close to nature, and with a beautiful private beach that I absolutely loved. The staff were consistently attentive and helpful, always checking in to make sure everything was going well. There’s a great variety of activities available throughout the day, and the 24/7 gym is well-equipped with everything you need. The food and drinks were also very enjoyable. Overall, a relaxing and well-organised experience in a stunning setting.

Unfortunately, my room had a persistent sewage smell, likely due to nearby pipes, which made the stay less comfortable. The AC is centrally controlled, so you can’t adjust it to your preference. Despite warm weather (around 23°C), the system was blowing hot air throughout the night. When I raised the issue, I was advised to open the window and was given a fan. As a result, my sleep quality wasn’t great. That said, the hotel has potential, and I would consider staying again if these issues were addressed. For the price point, though, you do expect a bit more. Simple improvements like adding pleasant room fragrance and allowing guests to control their own room temperature would go a long way.

This hotel has all the facilities and services i have come to expect from a 5 star resort in Turkey, the hotel is aimed at providing a more relaxing stay to those i have experienced with waterslides and discos. What sets this hotel apart from others I have visited in Turkey is the staff, always helpful and attentive without being overbearing with a special nod to the manager Mehmet. Breakfast was beautiful with a large, set offering all served to your table. The location is excellent, Gocek the nearest town is a short stroll along the harbor with beautiful views. Dalaman, Fethiye, and the airport only 30 minutes in a taxi. I will definitely be returning to experience in season, some hotel facilities and local restaurants were closed through our January visit.

I wish more facilities had been open but I understand for business reasons why they are not in January out of season

The breakfast buffet, was fresh & delicious with a massive choice available, we loved the omlettes made to order. The staff were very friendly and attended to every need and were visable around the resort, not hidden away in an office. We loved that the resort was only a short 25min car journey from the airport. We all enjoyed the 'Secret Beach' and loved the frequent boat journey to and from this beach. We took advantage of the complimentary boat trip which included a stop for swimming at a beautiful secluded location. We will definately book to come back again!

Really nice place to visit. Unfortunately for us, the weather wasn’t the best however, the resort itself was quite intimate and peaceful serving the purpose of our break. Staff are amazing nothing is ever too much for them. I would like to mention Maher who received us during check in and regularly asked if we needed anything when he saw us on the resort. He also made arrangements for honeymoon decor in the room and private in room dining arrangement. Gamze who I communicated with via email prior to my visit was also extremely helpful in arranging anniversary dinner in the privacy of our room. We would definitely visit again!
