Customer service at reception was outstanding. We were greeted so nicely upon leaving the hotel and arrival each day, which really added positively to our holiday experience. A special mention of Ercan bey and Alican bey, as they regularly asked us how we are going and if we needed anything. I’ve stayed at many hotels, even ones where reception will not acknowledge you, so this was great!

The hotel is in a central location and is within walking distance to public transport. Both ends of the road have bus stops which lead you to touristic spots such as Eminonu within minutes.

The hotel is excellent and in a great location. Shops, restaurants, shopping mall - everything is in that location. The service was at a super level. Especially the "man in a suit" (I apologize, I don't remember his name), and the man in the reception left a special impression on us - for everything we needed, they were there. We traveled by car and they offered us a parking space in the hotel garage. That helped us a lot because we had paid transportation for the trip around Istanbul and we didn't need to use our car. The rooms were excellent, clean, and what they offered us on booking, we found there. I will travel to Istanbul again and this would certainly be the place where I will stay

There are many things I like about this hotel and one of them is the fact we didn’t even need to use the air conditioner much for heating due to the consistent temperature of the room. To add to this we stayed on the second floor and were able to sleep well regardless of being near a busy road, probably due to soundproofing of the windows.

The breakfast choice and service is exceptional. Every morning there are the same Turkish breakfast staples as well as a selection of dishes that are different. I was initially concerned that breakfast would be the same each morning like other places I’ve stayed at but it wasn’t which was a nice surprise.

I came at midnight and night shift staff so help as to everything parking and at midnight all restorants close but help me order somethings. They are very kind.

Staff were very helpful.specially Mr Fatih at front desk in advising on travel options, ensuring taxi availability. Just two suggestions for the consideration of the management. The breakfast spread was good, may consider to provide omelette if requested especially for those who dislike boiled eggs like me.. I was told it will be done at extra cost. The starbuks cafe attached to the hotel, serves only coffee and other drinks. For lunch and dinner you will have to go out this is at times is difficult in the cold and rain. It will be helpful if the hotel has an understanding with nearby restaurants for ordering and delivery of food. The rooms were clean and stay was comfortable I would recommend the hotel as it is quiet central and easily accessible

The location of the hotel is at the walking distance to the main Istanbul attractions.( bazar, moschees , public transportation, etc. ) Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. We received fruit plates in the room after arrival which we didn't order and we liked it. A wonderful surprise from the hotel personnel..

The furniture is old . There is a parking space under the hotel but if you don't know how to reach the entrance it is practically impossible to use it. The street where the hotel is located is very very busy and you cannot stop in front.

The staff members were absolutely amazing. Ali’jaan and his team were extremely accommodating from the start to finish of our stay. I have never felt more taken care off during a stay like I did here. We stayed as a family of 5 my mum 2 sisters and niece. The property was close to all the bridal shops and surrounded by many food shops. Also 10 minute drive from the grand bazaar. The best staff members ever !

Hotel was beautiful, really clean with friendly staff. Rooms were very big sized. Cleaner came in everyday & she was lovely. Location was excellent & close to everything you need, to restaurants, fast food, supermarkets, pharmacy & the Historia mall as well as bus & metro services. Highly recommend this hotel.
