Overall it was a good hotel. Reception staff very polite and helpful. The rooms are really big and you can tell everything is new. The breakfast was ok... there is room for improvement as it doesn't have various choices but it's satisfying enough. Location was good for us as it was close enough to touristic places and walking distance to restaurants, Mall etc.

Unfortunately cleaning service was bad. When we arrived the floors weren't cleaned well, bathroom wasn't cleaned well at all ( floors, wc ). And during our stay the cleaning lady wouldn't do much...forgetting to change bed sheets, to clean the bathroom, to add toilet papers, to vacuum the dirty floors, to give us the daily water/coffee and so on. It's too bad as it could be a very cute hotel if they had a good cleaning service!

The hotel was located in an area close to the attractions, accessible by Taxi It was clean and the staff were pleasant, special shout out to Shadi who went out and beyond There’s an Espresso Lab branch inside the hotel

Small hotel not far from city historical center. Very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very polite and ready to help.

We book this hotel for the location because we had some family staying close by, it is located in a busy road close to many good restaurants but it is far from the tourist destinations. Staff are really helpful, i like the new decor and colors, the hotel is fully renovated with a really relaxing decor. The Turkish bath was a good experience.

The smoke smell from the coffee shop at the entrance is really annoying, specially at night I couldn’t stand it specially with a baby. Our room was in the back side but I heard from other customers that the front side rooms can smell the smoke in the rooms too. Should be cheaper for what it is offering specially there is no room service or restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel offered the breakfast buffet which was extensive and delicious. The quality of the food was good. The New Hotel Inn is perfectly situated in a serene part of the city, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and attentive, particularly Rajap who helped us a lot. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful concierge who provided great recommendations for local activities, the service was impeccable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping our room clean and stocked with fresh towels daily.

Although it is mostly outside of property jurisdiction, having families enable to control their kids living on the same floor caused major disturbances in the evenings and nights. A recommendation could be to maybe not put families with kids on the same floor where guests who requested the quietest possible rooms live. For example, designate one “silent floor”, preferably the top one, only for guests who request silent rooms and come without kids.

We spent three nights in this hotel, which deserves 5 stars. The incredible hospitality, cleanliness, and tidiness left us speechless, and believe me, I'm not exaggerating at all. Metro station is close to the hotel and that is a direct line to the expo fair . Also if you want a metro connection from Istanbul airport you can use this metro line . The first tram station is a couple of hundred meters away and this line leads to the Aya Sofya and old Kapaly market . It is the perfect location for exploring the city using public transport . Breakfast is various and freshly made every morning .

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! It was excellent. I have never met staff friendlier and more helpful than the team at this hotel. Secondly, the room was an absolute dream! So big, spacious, clean and above everything else modern and comfortable!! This is such a classy and luxurious newly opened hotel in Istanbul. They have so many facilities too and the breakfast in bed was so convenient during my stay! Honestly it is the best value for money that you can get in Istanbul, if you’re looking for affordable yet modern luxury. The cafe downstairs is also great for getting some work done on your laptop while enjoying a delicious coffee. Overall, I had the best experience during my stay here. Very clean, comfortable and new hotel. For the tourists travelling with a car it is a big advantage that the hotel offers a car parking lot in front of the hotel and you don't have to worry when leaving a car in some private parking away from a hotel. Since the hotel is situated on the busy boulevard there is a heavy traffic, but overall this didn't interrupt us and we had a good sleep. The hotel is situated very close to the public transport stops, both busses and metro station, cafes and restaurants. The personal is very polite, helpful and polite!
