Overall it was a good hotel. Reception staff very polite and helpful. The rooms are really big and you can tell everything is new. The breakfast was ok... there is room for improvement as it doesn't have various choices but it's satisfying enough. Location was good for us as it was close enough to touristic places and walking distance to restaurants, Mall etc.

Unfortunately cleaning service was bad. When we arrived the floors weren't cleaned well, bathroom wasn't cleaned well at all ( floors, wc ). And during our stay the cleaning lady wouldn't do much...forgetting to change bed sheets, to clean the bathroom, to add toilet papers, to vacuum the dirty floors, to give us the daily water/coffee and so on. It's too bad as it could be a very cute hotel if they had a good cleaning service!

The hotel was located in an area close to the attractions, accessible by Taxi It was clean and the staff were pleasant, special shout out to Shadi who went out and beyond There’s an Espresso Lab branch inside the hotel

•The street in front of the hotel was being fixed so it was muddy and ruined our shoes • The bed is hard and not comfortable • The noise from the streets was annoying •The room I stayed in wasn’t as cold as I wanted (Room 401)

Excellent Hotel Experience Our hotel experience was excellent, and the hotel's location is superb, being close to several restaurants and a shopping mall. The rooms are spacious, and the staff are consistently cheerful, welcoming, and always ready to assist. A special commendation goes to Mr. Ali, who was exceptionally respectful, helpful, and provided outstanding service with every detail. The hotel management should definitely strive to retain him, as he is a valuable asset to their team.

* The air conditioning wasn't effective; it was weak, and the weather was hot. * There isn't a 24-hour restaurant available at the hotel.

It was a real pleasure staying at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was very calm and quiet, which made it easy to rest and get a good night’s sleep.

A small suggestion for the restaurant management: the food served at breakfast didn’t have ingredient labels or descriptions. For guests with allergies or specific dietary restrictions, it was difficult to identify what some items (such as spreads or sauces) contained.

Firstly, I would like to sincerely thank all the staff for their kindness, support, professionalism, and keeping smile all the time. A special thanks to Absalan and Rejab for their exceptional assistance in accommodating my late checkout request due to my late flight — I truly appreciate it. As for my stay, the hotel’s location is excellent, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the view from the terrace was absolutely beautiful. I will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Istanbul and will gladly recommend it to my friends and family.

Small hotel not far from city historical center. Very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very polite and ready to help.

Lovely hotel, clean large room and confy bed. Staff was always ready to help and with a genuine smile. Has the facilities of a much larger hotel with a much more personal flair. Breakfast was very good, with everything always french and in good supply. Not the biggest buffet you will ever see but we didn't feel anything was missing, and there were a few items available that came as a pleasant surprise. Location is just the right amount outside the tourist center to have easy access but also be able to step outside without running into a wall of people - also easy to get from there to some destinations that are not at the very centre.

It was not a great problem for us, but it was a surprise to see that the road in front of the hotel was busier and noisier at night rather than during the day. The rather good windows could not block all the noise, but unless you are very sensitive to it, it was not a huge issues, and probably much quieter than the more downtown hotels.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from each morning. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their friendliness and professionalism truly made us feel welcome and taken care of. The location is also excellent — the hotel is very well connected by tram and bus, making it easy to reach all major tourist areas quickly and conveniently. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay. I’m definitely coming back!

We book this hotel for the location because we had some family staying close by, it is located in a busy road close to many good restaurants but it is far from the tourist destinations. Staff are really helpful, i like the new decor and colors, the hotel is fully renovated with a really relaxing decor. The Turkish bath was a good experience.

The smoke smell from the coffee shop at the entrance is really annoying, specially at night I couldn’t stand it specially with a baby. Our room was in the back side but I heard from other customers that the front side rooms can smell the smoke in the rooms too. Should be cheaper for what it is offering specially there is no room service or restaurant in the hotel.

The room was spacious and very well kept, with high ceilings, hardwood floors and nice balcony facing the old town and Süleymaniye mosque. There are also a lot of small nice perks and equipment, such as ironing board. The coffee place on the ground floor is good and very popular.

The hotel is located along a busy highway; my room was not affected by it at all but those with facade windows may be affected. The Turkish breakfast had a nice selection of cheese, fruits, but maybe a bit repetitive.
