I had an excellent stay at the Ramada Hotel in Istanbul Old Town. The location is perfect, close to all the historical attractions, and the hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I want to especially mention Suot and Abdullah for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, attending to every request with professionalism and a smile. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and hope my feedback helps Suot and Abdullah receive the recognition they deserve.

My recent stay at Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul was nothing short of fantastic, thanks to the hotel’s impeccable amenities and, most importantly, the exceptional service provided by the reception team—especially Abdalla. From the moment I arrived, Abdalla greeted me with a warm smile and genuine hospitality that set the tone for my entire trip. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, offering stunning views of the city. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy both local and international tastes. The central location also made it easy to explore Istanbul’s top attractions. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was Abdalla’s dedication. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect—whether it was securing last-minute dinner reservations, offering insider tips on hidden gems in the city, or swiftly resolving a minor room request with professionalism and kindness. His attentiveness, fluency in multiple languages, and cheerful demeanor made me feel like a valued guest every single day.

Location (5/5): The hotel's location is very convenient, there are many restaurants, cafeterias, and supermarkets nearby, making it easy to find a variety of dining options. The Findikzade T1 tram station is just opposite the hotel, which makes exploring the city quite convenient. Ambience (4/5): The overall ambiance of the hotel was pleasant, with clean and well-decorated spaces contributing to a comfortable atmosphere. The lobby and common areas were inviting and well-maintained. Room (4/5): The rooms were clean and spacious. Daily room cleaning service ensured a comfortable and tidy stay. A nice touch was the free mini bar, replenished daily with water bottles and cold drinks. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was sizable and well-kept, complete with essential toiletries. Service (5/5): The reception staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always readily available to assist with inquiries and requests. I particularly appreciated their accommodating response to my late check-in due to a flight delay. The rooms were also cleaned daily, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast / Food (3/5): The breakfast buffet offered a good selection, though I was hoping for a more authentic Turkish breakfast experience.

One of the drawbacks was the size of the gym, which I found to be quite small. Although the breakfast spread was acceptable, the consistent lack of variety in the menu was disappointing. It would greatly enhance the overall experience if the hotel could introduce greater diversity to the breakfast options.

Amazing Staff specially Samet and Fatima at reception. They were very helpful and friendly. Arranged a surprise Birthday Cake for me. They looked after my family specially my father. Abdullah is another good person and helpful Location is great with all the attractions within 20 mins by tram. Rooms are clean and efficient housekeeping. Breakfast is very good. This hotel is highly recommended and because of the staff, I would definitely go and stay in the property. Thank you Samet, Fatima and Abdullah.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a fantastic experience. The ambience was lovely, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location was ideal,close to everything we needed and within easy reach of the main attractions. It really made getting around Istanbul so convenient. Overall, I was really impressed and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

There were just a couple of small things that could be improved. From time to time, there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom, which seemed to be coming through the vent, this only happened a couple of times but was noticeable. Also, while the breakfast was good, I personally found the options a bit limited as I’m a picky eater and prefer a wider variety. That said, these were minor issues and didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. I’d definitely consider staying here again and would still recommend it to others!

The staff were exceptional. So helpful. Went out of their way to make everything easy. We especially want to acknowledge Uğur at reception who treated us like his own family. But really, almost everyone at reception and in the breakfast area, was just so, so kind. We were right across the street from a tram stop which was terrific.

While the hotel made best use of available space, we could have used some drawer space, especially because we were there for 4 nights. The desktop was covered with conveniences like a kettle tray and coffeepot tray which we had to remove in order to have some counterspace. Fortunately my husband is very tall and was able to stow them at the top of the closet.

The location is just great - the bus and tram stops are just outside the hotel, so the transportation is convenient. Another question is that after 09:00 the public transport is filled to the max, but this has no relation to the hotel :D The room was slightly below standard size and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, there were two bottles of drinking water provided, and fresh bottles were delivered daily. The room was cleaned every day, and overall cleanliness was well maintained. The bed was very comfortable — the mattresses were excellent, and I slept wonderfully. I also appreciated the availability of two pillows of different sizes (one small and one large), both of which were soft and supportive. Breakfasts were good, with no complaints at all. The Wi-Fi connection worked flawlessly in terms of speed and stability, but having to log in again every few hours was a bit inconvenient, especially when working or during video calls.

One downside was that my room faced the street, so some noise from outside could be heard, especially during the night. Additionally, there is a small mosque nearby, and the call to prayer can be heard clearly from the room, which might be disturbing for light sleepers.

- very comfortable bed - location is great, right across the tram station - very quiet, we had the room on the back side the hotel (not oriented to the street, otherwise may be noisy) - the area is safe and not exposed to threats like other popular crowded places.

- there is no private parking, you should go to park at Anka's hotel underground parking, right at the corner of the street. You negotiate with the guy there the price. I recommend not taking the car out, because you have public transport.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted byMr.Suat, and the level of hospitality I experienced throughout my stay was remarkable. The room was spacious .. the location of the hotel is perfect and near of everything What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. I want to specifically thank ( Mr.Suat , Mr.Samet and Mr.Erdogn) from the front desk, who were super friendly and helpful. and I appreciate the little extra touches that made my stay so comfortable. Again Thank you to Suat , Erdogan and Samet - they are great staff 😊 I will definitely be returning and recommending your hotel to friends and family!
