Ohhh My God I travel a lot it’s first time I feel I’m not in hotel I feel I’m living in my house and also It’s ideal place for everyone visiting the city of Istanbul it’s located in the best area when you come out from the door walk to the Istanbul metro and tren way relax in the beautiful place in staying very nice staff trading gusts like theme family members and friends 👏👏👏👏👍👌🫶🏻🙏🙏

Overall, the hotel is okay, but I'm not sure if it deserves its four-star rating. Apart from the very small reception area and the breakfast room, there's nothing to do. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. We would like to thank Ahmed, who kindly helped us with everything we requested.

We chose this hotel to be close to the Grand Bazaar, but the problem is that it's situated in a very poor area where people don't speak English. If you want to go to a terrace to have a beer, it's not possible. On the street, there were begging children who came up to us and pulled on our arms. Despite this, we didn't have any other safety issues. The Wi-Fi only worked on mobile phones, so I couldn't work on my laptop. At the hotel, only some of the staff spoke English, which I found strange. The receptionists should be able to speak an international language.

Very friendly staff (supportive), perfect location in the center near to the Metro and the Tram, good breakfast. All in all I can recommend staying here even though it is not the cheapest option!

The drain of the sink in the bathroom didn't flow well, the wifi signal in our room was quite weak, breakfast tables were not always clean but service was always fast if you needed something.

Hotel was very pretty, near to public transportation stations, in area were many cafes, restaurnats.

At times the towels were not left in the rooms and I felt as if the bed sheets were not changed

Great hotel with reasonable prices. The room was cosy and included a fridge, a kettle with some tea selection, tv and jacuzzi. Pillows were comfortable to sleep on. Great room for a short stay and hotel is located in a convenient location, 3 mins from the buses that go to/from airport. Super convenient. I was impressed by breakfast selection. The chef was friendly and explained some of the dishes. Everything was very tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again if I come to Istanbul next time.

TV remote control batteries were running down as the control didn't really work much. We wanted to watch tv only once, so it was fine and we didn't flag it to reception.

I loved the location of this hotel but most of all I was exceptionally pleased by the staff and the customer service they provided. Additionally this place is like a 3 minute walks from the Havaist’s Askaray Bus stop (from IST airport) and a 2 minute walk from the T1 tram stop. If you have bags. Ahmed from the front desk was kind enough to let me borrow an IstanbulKart for the public transport that I returned at checkout. All my public transportation needs were taken care of at one place: The Park Hotel. Thank you Ahmed for all the help you provided me with figuring out the transportation in and around Istanbul.

The walls from the hotel were very thin. On my second night there I was able to hear the people that were in the adjacent room chatting and having their TV/music on.

The location of the property is excellent. Everything was just nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was good. The towels, bed sheets, pillows etc were all good. Overall the room was good,

The breakfast was below average. Everyday almost same breakfast. The juices quality was poor. There was no live station. No bakery items except bread and biscuits. The air conditioner mode (heat or cool) was not selectable. On a sunny day, inside of the room became hot due to direct sunshine on the windows, but we could not change the mode of the air conditioner to cool from heat.

It's a really good hotel. Namely, 1. Location. On one side of the hotel is the Aksaray metro station, on the other side is the Yusuffpasha tram stop. The mentioned tram line goes to almost all tourist places very quickly and is very convenient. 2. Cleanliness. Also good rating from us. They cleaned the room every day when we were away. (We won't lose anything, of course).. 3. Comfort. In the room there was a kettle, a refrigerator, a hair dryer. The beds were also comfortable and good quality linen. 4. Staff is the main value of the hotel!! 😊 Everyone was very helpful and smiling. Especially, Ahmed at the reception and the chef at breakfast. Chef gave us a lot of attention without asking, additionally prepared things for us for breakfast and also found and played Georgian music for us 😊... In the end, we left very satisfied and when we come back to Istanbul, we will definitely go to this hotel again.
