Very nice hotel with frendly staff. It is not 5 star hotel but for the price they want is more then ok.

They may need to change the TV's in the rooms for the next time i visit :)

Good location and a well pleasant place in istanbul

Service was good. Room was clean and nice bathroom was private but outside. Breakfast options can more more)) at least eggs or omelette I don’t found. I can see tea/coffee/juice/water and bread/cheese/jam/.

The ladies working in the kitchen were really friendly and we genuinely had a great time!

Bathrooms of course...lighting fixtures...

Location Overall, the hotel staff was friendly, but their problem-solving skills need improvement.

The rooms are quite small, and the bathrooms are a bit outdated. The bedding had some stains, but overall, everything seemed fine. We could hear the family next door and footsteps from the room above, but we still managed to sleep well. For the price, it was reasonable—not a luxury experience, but acceptable for a stay. Staff training could be improved. For example, the hairdryer only worked when the power switch outside the bathroom was on, which the staff didn’t know. We figured it out ourselves the next day.

The bathrooms in the rooms were not practical and I would say the cleanliness was average.

Staff were friendly, price was good with breakfast included. Location is also convenient for restaurants bus stop etc, internet was ok.

Rooms were too economic and bad in shape, everything was not in pristine state, no water or water heater, also sound is very big nono for me, Rooms are very close and I could hear most of what people said there, I stayed one night and left for other property in Istanbul, staff and price were good though. Building itself look like it is on emergency mode), not as it is in picture or according to high rating it is just advertisement.
