Staff are extremely helpful. Location was perfect for us and we will definitely be staying there again. 5 🌟 service, staff went above and beyond and I will be recommending them to anyone who wants to go to Istanbul.

I like the help of staff because it is very difficalt to Get help from Turkish peopel you never Get help from outside of the Hotel . I advice for Turist that want visit Istanbul to Ask Hotel staff before you leave the Hotel or went outside . Turkish peopel was very bad and not like turist .

Excellent location (near Metro / Marmaray / tram) & internet connection, great view from the restaurant on the top floor. Kind and helpful staff of the hotel.

It was rather noisy at night (due to the night club nearby - the music was so load that it was heard even on the top floor where I have been).

I like the thesis property the personal very helpful and polite, breakfast was normal, room very good big I was alone in room with one big king size bed and one small, they cleaned up every day , the counter maneger are good Specialy maneger SENHAT advice me to visit HAMAM ELFATEH was very hot and nice, clean for 25$ al includet I like it 👍👍👍 Next visit I'll book in.
