Good hotel, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Modest and affordable. Perfect for a price/stay value choice.

The room was really small. The surrounding area is quite dirty, but that's the area. My room was on the 7th floor with a nice view over the sea behind the metal fire staircase. And in the morning, it was very noisy from the rooftop breakfast.

The hotel is at a strategic location, short walking distance from underground train station and tram station. We travelled all the way from IST Airport by train (M11 & M2) without bus transfers. There are many eateries nearby. Walking distance to many attractions and shopping centres including the bazaars. Breakfast was acceptable. They were generous but choices were limited. My room was a Double Room with Seaview. The double bed was large and comfortable.

Room space is compact. Has limited space for movement. Guests with large suitcase or multiple cases may have difficulties with the space. The hotel should provide better quality disposable slippers - floor was cold during winter period.

Modern and clean room with good breakfast, it is one of the most comfortable hotels I stayed at during my 3-week trip in Turkey. It is not true that the breakfast is the same everyday. I could see the kitchen staff making effort to give varieties. I arrived late in the evening and the gentleman at reception helped me order food delivery and even brought it over to my room. Customer service was excellent. The staff I had contact with were all friendly and helpful. That's why I decided to stay there again at the end of my trip before I flew out of Istanbul. Location is also excellent, close to all kinds of transportation, will stay there again if I visit the city again.

Need eye mask to sleep because the smoke detector keeps flashing; If neighbours happened to be the noisy kind would need ear plugs for a good night's sleep.

The attitude and manners of the staff and its willingness to assist and help with everything at all times.The high standards of the services offered.The view from the terrace when breakfast was served as well as the quality and the variety of the food. Friendly and welcoming staff, recently renovated hotel, quality and tasteful oriented design, modern equipment such as the elevator, card and damper at the door, modern equipped bathroom, great view of the Bosphorus on the 8th floor, where the dining room is beautifully decorated for serving breakfast, all the facilities and services shown in their offer are present.

Although the surrounding area has some old buildings that seem abandoned or under construction, the effort and success to do something special is appreciable.

The hotel is in a very good place, in an area called Aksaray. 2 metro lines are available with just 5 minutes of walk, and also the big Aksaray station, with a lot of buses. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, I would recommend them to others, and if I go back to Istambul one day, I would happily stay in the same hotel again.

The location was perfect. Metro is around the corner, the tram is a 5 min walk. The staff were pretty good, made sure we had everything. Breakfast was a little poor, but not the worst.

Poor soundproofing in the rooms. You can hear everything from your neighbors’ rooms and the hallway.

The hotel is very well located, new, modern rooms. Breakfast ok.

The cleanliness leaves a bit to be desired, and if you want to rest and you're unlucky enough to run into some noisy people, you can hear everything through the walls.

A very nice small hotel. Reasonably close to the old town 20 minute walk or 5 minute tram. A really good price for a small twin room. All you need for the sight seeing. Breakfast good. Staff polite and helpful
