Very friendly staff, everyday room cleaning service was good 😊 Breakfast was included, quite big variety of meals, all delicious and fresh. SPA is also included, it works until night, sauna & pool were always clean and good. The location of the hotel is perfect: near you can find small markets, cafes, tram stop and bus-to-the-airport stop. You can walk to main city attractions within 20 minutes or ride by tram within 10-15 minutes. It is very convenient 👍👍👍

Hotel is good value for money. Location close to metro and restaurants. It had nice pool and spa facilities. Everyday room cleaning is plus. Hotel staff is also good, especially Eren helped me with couple of good deals for attractions and taxi booking. Thanks Eren. We will come again for sure.

The toilets did not have spray or exhaust and hotel did not have many drawers, furniture to keep the stuff.

The hotel is located near the station and within many shops which is very handy and convenient to go around. The hotel has a modern touch, well-maintained and very clean. Well done to housekeeping! They have a spa, massage, and a mini pool on the basement which I think is great if you want to relax after a long day of walking.

The breakfast and the lady who cleans and serves the guests. First morning we had breakfast, there was not much left considering it was just 9am. Not even many options on our second morning. The drink juices tasted awful. No plates, bowls and cutleries and when I asked the lady she said ‘breakfast finished, bowls get from inside kitchen’. I think the hospitality and customer service of the hotel needs to be improved.

Excellent hotel for exploring Istanbul: 1) Great Location. Only a 5 minute walk to the tram station and a few stops away from all the historical sites. Main rail trains also in walking distance. 2) good variety of cafes and restaurants next to the hotel. 3) swimming pool and spa with steam room / sauna. 4) excellent staff - all super friendly and very helpful. Especially Baris, Ali and Eren who helped us so much during our trip. The staff even played the Euros football in the lobby for the guests. 5) rooms are cleaned daily and to a high standard. 6) breakfast was good, basic but had all the things you need to get started with the day (eggs, some hot dishes, bread, cereal, fruit etc). Overall a great hotel and very good value. Would definetely stay here again if im in Istanbul.

The property is great value for the money, it has a great rooftop restaurant providing breakfast. The location is great as well just 5 minutes away from the subway. The location however is slightly off on booking so we had trouble finding it, it’s near the deFacto store. The staff were very helpful and nice.

The location is wrong in booking, the rooms were clean but the bathroom door had to be closed at all times because of sewer smell, it was present throughout the hotel as well. The balcony door was broken so it was not easily openable/closeable.

Great location with endless shops, restaurants, and hotels nearby. Most things within a walking distance. A great hussle and bustle place. Plenty of ATMs every few metres. Weather in August is very very hot but it felt good coming into a cool AC'd room after any trip or excursion. Breakfast has a simple selection but not bad as you will find something to eat and get the day started. Hotel staff Ismeil, Boriq & Toha were helpful. Asked for an iron, they provided it twice. Ahmet was the nicest was able to book an excursion through him and he remained informative until the day it happened. He has nice manners and is a very good staff. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel despite very minor setbacks.

As it's August got really sweaty in the day. Trams were packed at any time. Hotel has a pool but wasn't sure how clean the water was. Jacuzzi was not turned on. Sauna was perfect. Gym is a 3 person at one time size.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and couldn't be happier with my experience. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, particularly Ahmed, Baris, and Ismail. They were incredibly responsive and attentive to all our needs, always greeting us with a friendly smile and a helpful attitude. Their professionalism and warmth made our stay truly memorable. Additionally, I would like to thank the cleaner (apologies didn’t get her name) who took care of our room (415). She was not only excellent at her job but also very polite and kind. Her attention to detail and pleasant demeanor added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Overall, the combination of excellent service from the staff and the impeccable cleanliness of our room made for an outstanding experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The breakfast was always the same, could change it up on different days.

It's a very nice hotel, they offer great breakfast. The location is perfect and close to points of interest and many public stransport stations are very near. There are many parking options nearby. Kind and caring staff, especially Eda, which greeted us warmly and made sure for us to enjoy our stay to the fullest. The hotel's spa is enjoayble and clean. We are happy for our hotel choice!

Despite the numerous parking options, make sure to research in advance and not leave it for the last second.

The staff was so friendly. I forgot his name, but the gentleman that could speak spanish was so friendly and helpful. We saw mixed reviews of the hotel, so we were a bit uncertain of the quality of the hotel but everything was great! Room was big enough (I recommend you to update it, as the budget room is small). The spa was also a nice surprise as it was clean and not too busy most of the time. The location was perfect there's a tramp station about 5 minutes from the hotel and several restaurants and shops in the area. Thanks guys!

The only thing that I think needs to be improved is the breakfast. you need to put stickers with the english name of the sauces and plates (as I didn't know what I was eating) There was no toaster either and limited options, apart from that everything was excellent.

The hotel itself was amazing from the first until the very last minute. The friendly receptionist Ali introduced himself right away and gave us lots of recommodations about the city and the hotel. The complimentary breakfast on the rooftop was the best. The room itself was very modern, every day they give you towels and clean the room, you could also find slippers in the room, unfortunately a toothbrush/toothpaste was not provided. The most exciting experience was the pool and sauna. It looked very modern and luxurious and the best part is that it was completely free (quite unusual in Istanbul). The hotel is located on a safe street very close (5 min) to metro, tram & train stations. On our last day we were able to check out 2 hours later for free and even after that time they stored our luggage so we were able to enjoy our last hours in Istanbul without bothering with our luggage. Definitely coming back!

It was quite warm in the room and the A/C didn’t work as it was winter season.
