It was a pleasure to stay in that hotel. Very polite and friendly staff, always ready to help. They helped to bring things to the apartment, and also personally served during breakfast. Excellent Turkish style breakfast. The room was absolutely clean and new, it was very pleasant to stay. Lock box and refrigerator in the room. Everything in the bathroom is new and tidy. Silent air conditioning that is easy to adjust and does not interfere with sleep. The bed and towels were also soft and comfortable. Only positive impressions about the hotel. Please stay that way! The location is great if you need metro (just 3 min)

I recently stayed at Grand İska Palace for five days and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless throughout my stay. The breakfast was good—standard choices, but fresh and satisfying each morning. What really made the stay special was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, supportive, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel like I was at home. The hotel's location is also a big plus—it's close to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. There are also many great restaurants nearby, many of which stay open late, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

You can look at this hotrl from different angles. If you are looking for a fancy hotel in a fancy neighborhood, this is not it, but: 1- Hotel is clean 2- The location is very strategic, Metro, Train and buses are close 3- Staff are not greedy and help you as much as they can. 4- Breakfast is not self-service, but I found it more than enough. I suggest they offer more option across the weekdays. 5- They were flexible with rooms and changed our rooms. Depending on my budget, I might reserve again in the future.

Traffic in this neighborhood. It's just too much. Singgle rooms are small.

The room/bathroom space was new, contemporary, clean and comfortable, the hotel was, quiet and peaceful. At reception on arrival they allowed us early check in, upgraded our rooms to bigger ones and provided us road free parking space outside hotel whenever possible to save for us on paid parking opposite hotel. Breakfast staff make the best Turkish coffee and provide a basic although repetitive but decent standard plate breakfast.

The location although close to major attractions but surrounding is a little ghetto vibes but felt safe. Breakfast is something basic to hold u up but not exciting.

The hotel was very lovely, clean. The room was pretty, big and cozy, the bed very comfortable. Nice view from the 7. th floor. The staff were all really great, they were kind and sweet. The cleaner woman was also very sweet. Yilmaz at the reception was really kind and sweet, he got me a lovely room and made me enjoy my stage at the hotel even more😊thanks to him. The breakfast was good, but could have been even better, if you could choose the food yourself. Beautiful new hotel in a great area, close to the tramp station and restaurants. The right choice among thousands of hotels in Istanbul is the Grand Iska Hotel in Aksaray. Excellent value for money. Renovated. The rooms are comfortable, tidy, clean, with hot water and heating. A special quality is the friendly staff. Young Kerim stands out, and Mr. Yilmaz is amazing — a real Google encyclopedia for Istanbul. He is a great help to guests with all questions and information. We recommend this hotel to friends and other travelers. We hope to come back again. Nina and Branko

Good location. Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff who tried to resolve issues. Also ordered a taxi by our request.

Poor and cold breakfast. After check-in we realised that the bathroom was not clean: dirty toilet, hair everywhere, drops of some gel on the floor. We asked to clean the bathroom while we were off. When we came back, the toilet was still dirty. But it seemed like someone had spent a minute. After our complaints, they agreed and gave us a new room. In the new room the sink drain didn't work and water didn't drain. The manager tried to fix it and finally did it. Anyway, the staff (except cleaning) tried to do their best.

The hotel is relatively newly renovated so all the walls and curtains are new and clean and modern, unlike some of the other hotels which has a dated design and feels old and "dirty". The breakfast, I really enjoyed! I wish I took a picture but I forgot, its got a generous selection and cuts of cheeses, hard boiled egg, a basket of bread, butter, jam, honey, olives. The shower and water pressure and hot water works GREAT! Front desk was very welcoming and friendly and helpful.

My room is a bit smallish, but I was traveling alone and transiting through Istanbul for only one night so it was okay. I did struggle to find a place on the floor to open my suitcase, but maybe the other rooms are bigger.

The stay was perfect. Concierge is real local guide able to solve any request. Breakfast is small omlette, cheese, bread, sweets and tea and perfect to start a day. The room was perfectly clean and even washer was shining and fresh. Smart windows turn off AC when opened :) I was with bicycle and there was enougth space for it and no problem from the personnel side. 10/10

AC blows directly to bed, I'd like to get a way to direct the flow somewhere else and fix this position

The hotel staff are very nice and cooperative, they deserve 10/10 for this alone, the room is also very clean and the room service is very good, a good experience overall =)

The breakfast could use some improvement though, it would be nice if you could add more variety to it.. I know it's not an open buffet but eating the exact same thing everyday is kinda dull in my opinion. so having a few more things to select from would be nice. An issue we had though would be the fridge... Its cooling is very weak.. that's all :)
