It was a pleasure to stay in that hotel. Very polite and friendly staff, always ready to help. They helped to bring things to the apartment, and also personally served during breakfast. Excellent Turkish style breakfast. The room was absolutely clean and new, it was very pleasant to stay. Lock box and refrigerator in the room. Everything in the bathroom is new and tidy. Silent air conditioning that is easy to adjust and does not interfere with sleep. The bed and towels were also soft and comfortable. Only positive impressions about the hotel. Please stay that way! The location is great if you need metro (just 3 min)

The hotel was very lovely, clean. The room was pretty, big and cozy, the bed very comfortable. Nice view from the 7. th floor. The staff were all really great, they were kind and sweet. The cleaner woman was also very sweet. Yilmaz at the reception was really kind and sweet, he got me a lovely room and made me enjoy my stage at the hotel even more😊thanks to him. The breakfast was good, but could have been even better, if you could choose the food yourself. Beautiful new hotel in a great area, close to the tramp station and restaurants. Good location. Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff who tried to resolve issues. Also ordered a taxi by our request.

Poor and cold breakfast. After check-in we realised that the bathroom was not clean: dirty toilet, hair everywhere, drops of some gel on the floor. We asked to clean the bathroom while we were off. When we came back, the toilet was still dirty. But it seemed like someone had spent a minute. After our complaints, they agreed and gave us a new room. In the new room the sink drain didn't work and water didn't drain. The manager tried to fix it and finally did it. Anyway, the staff (except cleaning) tried to do their best.

The right choice among thousands of hotels in Istanbul is the Grand Iska Hotel in Aksaray. Excellent value for money. Renovated. The rooms are comfortable, tidy, clean, with hot water and heating. A special quality is the friendly staff. Young Kerim stands out, and Mr. Yilmaz is amazing — a real Google encyclopedia for Istanbul. He is a great help to guests with all questions and information. We recommend this hotel to friends and other travelers. We hope to come back again. Nina and Branko

The hotel is relatively newly renovated so all the walls and curtains are new and clean and modern, unlike some of the other hotels which has a dated design and feels old and "dirty". The breakfast, I really enjoyed! I wish I took a picture but I forgot, its got a generous selection and cuts of cheeses, hard boiled egg, a basket of bread, butter, jam, honey, olives. The shower and water pressure and hot water works GREAT! Front desk was very welcoming and friendly and helpful.

My room is a bit smallish, but I was traveling alone and transiting through Istanbul for only one night so it was okay. I did struggle to find a place on the floor to open my suitcase, but maybe the other rooms are bigger.

The hotel staff are very nice and cooperative, they deserve 10/10 for this alone, the room is also very clean and the room service is very good, a good experience overall =)

The breakfast could use some improvement though, it would be nice if you could add more variety to it.. I know it's not an open buffet but eating the exact same thing everyday is kinda dull in my opinion. so having a few more things to select from would be nice. An issue we had though would be the fridge... Its cooling is very weak.. that's all :)

The hotel is great - it exceeded my expectations. The rooms are new or renovaved, spacious and really nice. Moreover everything is so clean - they have everyday clean up, which is so pleasant. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is great - there is a few parkings nearby (if you are with car), the tram stations is in 5min walk or 15 min by walk to the geand bazar. My opinion is that the hotel is worth for the money. I truly recomend!

I can’t say that i didn’t like, but the only thing that can be improved in my opinion is the breakfast. It is nice but it is small and everyday the same. It is not a buffet breakfast but personal protions.

The breakfast was basic and pre prepared meal. No buffet or choice but the quantity given was quite filling. A buffet for breakfast would be perfect in this lovely property.

There is nothing that I didn't like, everything was perfect in the property. The staff very friendly and helpful. The location of the property is close to the tram station, very convenient. The location is quite a busy area, like a bazaar area. But there were enough of restaurants to get food if you need.

Nice hotel, newly renovated, the owner and his team were very nice and kind, rooms wer cleaned daily, sheets and towels changed daily and fresh water bottles aswel. shout out to yilmaz for always asking if everything was ok and if we need help with anything.

The breakfast, it was nice but same everyday, would have preferred a change every few days. We had kids so they were asking for cereal which they would have liked.

The hotel is new and modern. The room was very clean, with good daily housekeeping service. The location is pretty close to a metro and tram station. The staff were friendly and attentive to anything we needed. There was breakfast from 8:00-10:00, a set Turkish breakfast with tea or coffee. Overall, the hotel was very good for the price we paid compared to what we would get from other hotels in Istanbul.

Unfortunately, there is an Imam that wakes us up every morning around 4 am and you cannot avoid that, as it is exceptionally loud, but thankfully only lasts for a few minutes. The view was not great, but overall the location is convenient, and our stay was really good.
