This hotel is definitely a must-stay! The location is perfect, with everything you need close by, and it’s nice and peaceful. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options that cater to everyone. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist you. The owner, Abdelkarim, is a kind-hearted man who creates a personal and warm atmosphere in the hotel. Additionally, the hotel is always clean and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic experience! I stayed at this hotel with my grandson for 10 days. Everything suited us, the cleaning was excellent, thank you very much to the cleaning lady, Firoza is just a wonderful woman, she helped us with everything: she replaced the remote control for the TV and even offered us a more comfortable room. The food is monotonous, but everything is always fresh. Thank you to all the staff. Everything is near the hotel: both the metro and shops, very comfortable.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful.They didn't try to impose anything, they just communicated sincerely and helped a lot. Especially Muslum bey at the reception who can speak good English and Feroza the cleaning lady who can speak Russian. Both of them made a stay very enjoyable Also there's an elevator in the facility. Very helpful if you have luggage.

Like the staff kindness and the room beds and bathroom. The hotel is near the main transport stations: tram, métro and marmaray. Even ferries could be caught. The hotel is near the main Arabic streets which propose delicious food and Arabic staff shoppings. Near El Fatih one of the 3 or 4 parts of the town. Good and sometimes delicious food is sold everywhere every time day or night. Shops remain open late until midnight. People speak lot of languages so we can easily find what we are looking for. All momuments to visit are at 15min by feet and 10min by tram T1. Wi-Fi works very well.

The breakfast is very common, and the same during the 6 days we spent there. Local food should be proposed time to time to be familiar with this culture. No microwave available to warm take away food.

The room was very clean and large. Special thanks to Fairouz who was used to cleaning the room and cooking everyday. The staff was very nice especially Mokhtar who was trying to help us all the time. The location is great and very easy to get to different transportation.

The whole staff was amazing except for someone called Abdel Karim who did not let me heat my food in the kitchen at night and was not speaking English at all. Also the breakfast was the same everyday.

I really liked this hotel. The staff are friendly and kind.They clean the room every day even if you don't ask. It's a good hotel for those looking for something affordable.

That was a very cozy small apartment. 4th floor, but there's a small elevator. Good breakfast included

There was very hot inside the hotel. And it took time to wait till our AC does it's job. And after we leave our apartment AC automatically shuts down.

great location and the most wonderful staff. Every one was so helpful and supportive. Sister Firuza, went out of her way to help us with everything, finding best cargo available in the city, affordable restaurants and just generally make our stay in Istanbul more comfortable with her exceptional service and relation.
