The staff are very enthusiastic. The hygiene is very clean. Most importantly, the location is excellent and the transportation is very convenient.

It would be even better if the room could be equipped with an electric fan or an air conditioner.

Location is excellent! Staff is the best of, room is good size. Clean. Yes, there is no AC, but it is not problem. Fan is enough.

There is no air conditioner or a fan and it was really hot .we couldnot slepp and we bought a fan

Position is good, very close to metro station and tram 1 to go to the center. Many very good and cheap restaurants at less then 100m from the place. Room was very bright and clean, wifi connection good and the terrace was a nice unexpected plus

Kitchen was difficult to use. Sometimes it were equipped, other times we went there and there was nothing, not a pot or plate, so it was unusable. Beds were a bit hard

It needs to add an Air conditioning for each room

Inspite of announcing ahead of time about my early arrival due to stopover flight and being ABSOLUTELY CLEAR that it is imperative for me and the only reason I booked was cause of their 24/7 reception (which doesn't exist), and getting their assurance by email, I did not find anyone present to let me check in, leave alone enter the property even. Had to break in and sleep on the couch at reception for 2 hrs before they arrived. Noone picked up the phone. Absolutely horrible horrible experience and wouldn't recommend anyone in my situation to select this. AVOID

No thing very bad place , it was very dirty

I booked for two nights, I stay for only 1 hour!!! , the dirtness and the smell and the scary look of toilets was about to kill my kids we just run away
