breakfast is same everyday, would love to have more varieties

Excellent Front Desk Managers, they made me feel very comfortable during my stay. Especially MR. Sartaj and another gentleman. Who would manage the front desk at day and night. Very helpful. The room that was at first allotted to me had some issues- the Main door near the handle had been damaged/ cracked. The mini fridge in the room was not working as the plug point socket was broken. I mentioned this to the front desk and they were quick enough to change my room without much of a fuss.

Breakfast wasn’t that great. I ate the first day and didn’t much like it. I skipped it for the rest of my stay and ate out later when I would go out sight seeing.

The staff was really welcoming and helpful. Check in was very smooth. We requested prayer mats and they were ready on our arrival. I was really impressed with their service. The rooms were cleaned well and always ready for us when we came back to the hotel after going out for the day. There are plenty of food places nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return to this hotel. I would like to say thank you to brother Yahya and Sartaj for looking after us.

I've been coming to Istanbul on a regular basis over the past fee we years. This hotel is by far the best value for money. My room was spacious, cleaned daily. The location is perfect with Tram (Yusufpasa) 3min away. Aksaray Metro just over the road and Havaist bus to and from New airport 5 min away. Breakfast was good for price paid. Plenty of restaurants around at affordable prices. I have my hotel of choice for all my future trips and would recommend definitely this hotel.

Positioned ideally, it’s just a stone's throw away from the tram station, making it incredibly convenient for guests looking to explore the city. Plus, the added bonus of having everything you could possibly need right around the corner elevates the experience further. All in all, the Star City Hotel is a stellar choice for anyone looking to have a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

If there's one suggestion I'd make, it would be to infuse a touch more tradition into the breakfast offerings, especially with the bread and a few local specialties. It would perfectly complement the overall authentic experience of the hotel.

I stayed in the hotel with my family for a week, the hotel is very comfortable for a family, the staff was very attentive, every day the rooms are cleaned and tidy, the price also included the morning breakfast. The hotel staff also helped us to park the car in the paid parking lot. The most important thing is that the hotel has all means of transport, which makes it easier for you to move around the city.

I have stayed at a number of hotels in this area at around this price and this property is easily the best. Best location, best value, and best quality room for the price.

Don't bother paying for a better room - they are all the same and they will give you a room on a higher floor for free if they have one available. I wasted 20 Euros a night on this scam and didn't even get a top floor room, mine was allocated on level 3, top floor is 7.

Cooperative and polite staff specially kareem and hussien , with a good image of reception man Serdar and all this team supervised by Mr. Bellal the manager who was very cooperative. Understanding and descent .

Notjing

I arrived 9h30 and was only looking to leave my cases on a safe place until check in time. I was told have breakfast (no charge) and by 10h30 received my key. Hotel is 10min walk from Aksaray/Airport Havaist bus stop. Bus is very convenient and cost effective.

I was allowed to check in early as a favour and since I was due to check out by midnight for.my connecting flight, the manager alliwed me to utilise my free breakfast that same morning upon check-in. It was an amazing experience from booking to check-out. And the location is virtually next to the Askaray Airport bus stop. Thank you team Star City Hotel.
