I just had the most wonderful week-long stay at Rayelin Hotel Old Town in Istanbul! The service was fantastic, the room was impeccably clean (thank you so much samira), and the food was delicious. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Nesrin, Kenan, and Soha (sorry for those I didn't catch your names) were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful stay. They are a real asset to your hotel! Thank you again for a perfect week in Istanbul!

I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s modern and impeccably clean, with a fantastic location. Surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops, it’s also incredibly convenient with easy access to all forms of public transport, including a metro station, tram, and bus stops right next door.

While the hotel had many positives, there were a few drawbacks. The room was a bit small, though still functional for our needs. The breakfast was good, but the variety of food was limited. Additionally, there were some mosquitoes in the room, although they didn’t bite us. The small fridge in the room also wasn’t very powerful and only kept food cold for a short period of time.

Staff - Excellent they are very accommodating and very helpful Facilities- The Hotel is relatively new. Its is very clean and well taken care of. It is close to the tram and metro station and this makes it very easy to use public transportation to the major tourist sites. Also there is.a taxi station near by and we found out easy to get a taxi. Also the hotel staff will get a taxi for you. Breakfast- Very good and the hours from 7:30 to 10:30 are convenient. Rooms- Above average space and outstanding shower one of the best I have ever encountered.

There was really nothing we did not like. The only suggestion would be to maybe turn the music/tv off on down lower during breakfast. While Turkish music was nice a little variety would be better.

It's a wonderful hotel, very clean, all the staff are kind and helpful, The manager of the hotel is really a nice person, he goes out of his way for the guest. I travelled to istambul for the first time with my family and I made arrangements with the hotel Manager to collect us from the airport. The driver waited for two hours since our flight was delayed. The hotel is in a central location. Metro station is out side the hotel. Tram is 200 meters from the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops, big shopping mall 300 meters away. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about

The hotel's location is excellent—everything you need is nearby. There are many cafes and restaurants around, as well as a pharmacy. The metro entrance is right at the hotel, making it very convenient to get around the city. There are also public transport stops and the Historia shopping mall nearby. The breakfasts are very good and varied, with options for every taste. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, especially Nesrin, who are always ready to help and do everything possible to ensure guests' comfort. The hotel is new and modern, which is a pleasant surprise. The bed linens are changed daily, maintaining a high level of cleanliness (thank you, Maleyka). The rooms are always clean and spacious, just like in the photos. Thank you for the excellent service and a pleasant stay!

The hospitality is exceptional, making guests feel at home with their warm and attentive service. It's an ideal place for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Highly recommended. The staff truly stood out, with Manager Mehmet ensuring everything ran smoothly, Nesrin at the reception being incredibly welcoming, and Kenan, the waiter, providing excellent service. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is reliable and comfortable, with all essential amenities in perfect working order.

I liked almost everything about Rayelin Hotel. The elevators are reliable, and all essential amenities like warm water, AC, and a fridge worked perfectly. Plus, you don’t need to worry about carrying extras like hairdryers. It's a hassle-free and comfortable stay.

This is an excellent hotel closely located to restaurants and right next to Aksaray metro station. If you're driving, then getting to the hotel is really easy and there is a public car park right next to it. If you're going shopping at Grand Bazaar then this is also convenient as the hotel is only 3 tram stations away. Everything was spotless, the hotel is very clean and rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Staff was very friendly and smiling all the time which made us feel welcomed. Can't really find any faults so we will definitely come back. Many thanks to all employees and special thanks to Nesrin who is always smiling and trying to help.

We stayed at this newly built hotel, and overall, we were very pleased with our choice. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, especially considering that it’s recently refurbished. The rooms were cleaned and tidied up every day, and all shared areas were immaculately kept. We stayed in room 503 and had a decent internet connection (D:20/U:20). Additionally, upon request, they provided a crib for our 10-month-old baby. The crib was spacious and comfortable and fit perfectly next to our double bed. The mattress on the double bed was very comfortable, and the room had two sets of pillows—one higher and one lower—so we could choose what suited us best. The small kitchenette in the room was very practical and fully functional, which was very helpful during our stay. The hotel staff was friendly and always available, and we would especially like to thank the manager, Mehmet and his colleague Nasrin for fulfilling every request we had and assisting us with any questions. We also highly recommend using the hotel’s transport service. It was affordable, comfortable, and safe. The driver was very attentive and did not drive aggressively like many other city taxi drivers. The breakfast at the hotel was varied and tasty, with options that catered to our needs, and there was even a high chair available in the restaurant. Although the hotel doesn’t offer lunch or dinner, there are at least a dozen local restaurants within a 2-minute walk, all of which offer "eat out" options. The hotel also allows guests to bring food and drinks into their rooms, which is an added bonus. The hotel's location is very well connected to public transport. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach all major transport stations (bus, tram, metro), making it easy to get around the city.

There were a couple of small issues that could be improved. Our room (503) had a slight problem with ventilation, as every morning, the living area smelled of cooking. This was probably due to the ventilation system pulling in smells from the kitchen area. It wasn’t a major issue, and we solved it by opening the window before bed. Additionally, the high chair in the restaurant was often occupied, so it would be a good idea to have another one as a backup. Something like foldable plastic high chairs that don’t take up much space and could be used when necessary. Despite these minor inconveniences, our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable, and we would definitely recommend it to other families, especially those with young children.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—very central, close to the metro, public transport, and lots of restaurants. The hotel was super clean and well-kept. I loved that they provided fresh bottles of water every day, and the breakfast had plenty of fresh options. The beds were really comfy too. Big thanks to Nehir and Nesrin at the reception—they were so friendly and helpful!

The only downside was a bit of noise in the mornings from other guests, but otherwise, everything was great. I’d definitely recommend it!

Reception staff Nesrin has been very coordinating and helpful followed by Erhan the, he has been a good assistant in getting us taxi and coordinated well The place is good and accessible to all the locations thru metro n tram which was a good benefit for us, the area is full of shops and make the shopping easier for some choice of clothes

The breakfast was limited n good however the place for breakfast was not satisfactory it's in the basement n a little compact compared to its size,I recommend the hotel to change the place of breakfast so that the persons can sit comfortably and eat
