Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient to public transport, restaurants and close to historical sites.

close to city very good location close to tramway , easy going staff owned pakistanis , i checked out 4 hours before and they didn’t make any charges kept my luggage with them while I’m not there and super safe .

many families lives there , they are not friendly but they make loud noise always , ac not wrking and they were like its just not working open window , toilet not so so clean ; but not. bad for one night transit for its value .

Upon Arrival to the hotel I was informed that my booking had been cancelled and I had no room however this was not the case as booking was confirmed. after half an hour of arguments they decided to give me a room which was not livable in any way, water was leaking from the WC all night and the noise was very loud thus unable to sleep. upon approaching a guy called Imran he said if you don’t like the room then leave, I said to them refund my booking now and I will leave and he said he will do it later which gave me many negative vibes. anyways after another hour of arguments they moved me into another room which was filled with RATS. upon approach to mr Imran he ignored me when I told him about the RATS the hotel has no name and is actually being using as a transit point for people who are coming from slums from India and Pakistan, if your willing to leave in a place which is unlivable then please book this room as it’s nothing less then the programme ‘ I am a celebrity get me out of here’ honestly speaking I travel to turkey a lot and to be honest this time round I have a very bad impression of turkey as this was beyond a nightmare. I’m not even going to bother to get a refund as this hotel needs the money more then me but I will pray that they fix there standards so no one has to go through what I did. Turkish authority’s need to look into this

It was one night(mare)

- very unfriendly personal even shouting, I ve been asked to check out before official time - room was not cleaned before, extrem dirty with dust everywhere, out of this garbage a lot of insects where flying - stuff found in the room (sock, dirty paper - bathroom can not be used (long hair everywhere, no soap to clean - someone walked with his food om the bed sheet

the hotel is very dirty, the rooms are dirty, food smells everywhere. In the room I was bitten by some infectious ticks. after that, I got 20-30 ukks from infectious ticks, like wounds, they began to fester, itching blushed. more than a week has passed and I still go to the hospital every day and go through the procedure for cleaning the blood from these bites. This is a very bad and lousy hotel. I do not recommend to anyone.

I did not like anything in this property at all! The only positive thing I can mention it’s central.

The whole property is extremely unhealthy and inhuman to stay in! All rooms bathroom ceiling has extreme moist and black molds! Property owner sounded like illegal person with loads of weird friends of his access to the property! You would feel yourself in Islamabad worst street watching them eating together and the smell of spiced food all over the place! First few days spend and a boiler heating system in my room noises all night long until it pierced in one night and there was risk of self harming us and the room got flooded with water! Night 5 I was asked to move to a room while it’s occupiers still in it! So I had to watch them moving their stuff out of it! I was giving a broken bed! Like completely where there’s no human or an animal can sleep on It! After complaining to hotel manager he threatened me! So I couldn’t even stay for one night because I was terrified he would plan for something while I was asleep! I told him I am going to report him to the police! He told me he lives illegally in Turkey and if I do! He would self harm me! I had to leave to different hotel and canceled my stay online! I am being 100% genuine here! This hotel need to be shut down it’s scary! I want a full refund on this! You need to send someone to inspect the place as to clarify it all what I said was 100% accurate
