This is a fantastic hotel, every day they clean thoroughly and all rooms are maintained. Breakfast is served every morning and is of good quality. everything fresh and replenished all the time. the 24 hour reception were also very friendly, especially Dilyora!!! Highly recommended if you want to visit Istanbul and it is very centrally located.

The location of the hotel was great, the cleanliness of the hotel was good. The breakfast was very complete and excellent.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not entirely satisfactory. The staff member at the café was not very polite. Despite being informed by the reception that tea and coffee were complimentary throughout the stay, the café staff refused to provide them and behaved unprofessionally. Additionally, the rooms were too small. In the triple room, it was difficult to move around, and the wardrobe door could not be opened fully as it hit the bed. I hope the management takes these issues into consideration to improve the guest experience.

Stuff it's so nice ,friendly, they recommend sightseeing Tour which was really good and they took care of us if needed anything

Location, Staff, Cleanliness. They take good care of our family, super friendly, they arranged every thing we ask quickly. The food is fresh, & they put free coffee & water every day in our room. They gave us business cards with map of the location, wifi passwords, offer information. Location is perfect. They have scales fot weighing luggage. The former inhabitants took the seal of the drain in the bathroom, so the smell was terrible, but the helpful staff fixed it with a clever solution.

I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff as well as the manager. Everything was really in the best order. The breakfast was fantastic. We often travel to Turkey, but nowhere have we eaten cigar borek like in this hotel. The location is perfect, all attractions are close, whether you use public transport or walk.

They should put rubber under the chairs. For me its really bothering when somebody move the chairs. Such a noice for my ear :(

Room 204, 3 night stay. Very good location, tram and bus stop max 3 minutes walk, good breakfast, great staff very polite and helpful, clean room, comfy beds, cable tv and wifi was good, free coffee and tea in lobby, 2-3 minimarkets near hotel.

Small room approx 15m2, small elevator only 2 man can stand in it. No other complains

The location is very good, less than 1 minute from the Aksray teram station, the staff are very supportive, friendly and helpful especially Nergis

It's not the hotel's fault, but our floor was always occupied by groups of people who were too noisy and who even banged on our bedroom door.

Everything everyone was nice and friendly they let us put our bags there for 5h also the lady that works at the reception during day time is very nice Breakfest was amazing We will come back
