The location was absolutely perfect—close to the Grand Bazaar, metro stations, shops, and everything else you might need in Istanbul. Although it’s not near Taksim or Galata Tower, I’ve stayed in those areas before and now prefer this location. It’s well-connected via metro and tram, making it very convenient. The staff were extremely kind, cheerful, and helpful. Housekeeping was responsive and cleaned the room whenever I asked. I felt very safe and peaceful throughout my stay. The rooftop view during sunset was beautiful, and I loved having free coffee available at any time. They even helped hold packages at the reception and provided a scale to check luggage weight before heading to the airport. The 24-hour customer service was a great plus.

The breakfast wasn’t exceptional, but considering the price I paid for the stay, it was still more than acceptable.

The staff are very helpful and nice. The location is very near to a lot of attractions in the city and to public transportation. the family room is good in size. They have a weighing scale for luggage, a good option if you want to check your bags as you will find yourself of a need for extra baggage after shopping in the markets around. The view from the restaurant is nice.

The breakfast variety could be better.

- The location was great, a 2-minute walk to the tram station, and 7-minute walk to the metro station. There were several supermarkets and restaurants around. - The staff assisted in every way possible, they were all really friendly. - The breakfast was good for value. - The rooms were recently renovated and clean, housekeeping entered rooms everyday.

Some towels and blankets had holes in them and were pretty worn out, they just need upgrading.

He even gave us a deluxe double room instead of a regular double room without an additional charge + The room was clean + The hotel has an elevator + Terrace on top with panoramic view where the breakfast was served + Very convenient location near tram transport and metro stations which will take you to the main see sights

- The breakfast was a bit monotonous but this could be considered as minus only if you're staying more than 2-3 days - There aren't available free parking slots nearby. We left our car in a paid car park which was round 8 min walk from the hotel

Without a doubt is one of the best hotels we have stayed in Istanbul so far. We did not have high expectations as the price was quite afordable. The room was lage enough, the TV, furniture, appliances and sanita equipent were all new, well maintained and good quality. The bed was very comfy. It does not have a good view from the rooms as most of the afordable hotels in Istanbul, but it has quite a view form the terrace on the top floor. Breakfast was sufficient and varried enough. It has good internet connection in the rooms. The area is convenient and near the center, metro and tram stations

The hotel was super calm in a very populated area with all the commodities, the stores were close , the staff was very respectful and helpful, i specially recommend for algerians to come over there ,

The breakfast was not variable and it was the same for every day of our stay , but it was not that bad
