I enjoyed my holiday a lot, especially the hotel that I stayed in. It is really a good place in terms of cleanliness and its privileged location, it close to all transportation routes that lead to all the tourist places in the city. The staff in the hotel were very nice and helpful, especially Mr. Younes, Mr. Hamdi and Mrs. Malak. The breakfast was good and The internet service is also good as well. The price was very reasonable compared to other hotels. I definitely recommend it.

Very clean.New furniture and facilities.They even give you slippers.Very nice english speaking staff.Ac was working and tv too with lots of programs.Pretty good breakfast.Location is a bit crowded but you dont hear much from outside since rooms are soundproofed from the outside noise.Location right near metro and tram.A lot of shops around.

Just 1 thing i didnt like..which is a problem in most hotels..the noise from the other rooms..doors that opened and closed sometimes woke me up,but it gets better after midnight.

Negative things are: dirty bathroom, towels and bedding. The room was small. The staff does not speak English. Poor selection of breakfast items.
