The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the tram and bus, and just two stops from the Grand Bazaar. The rooms were spotless, and breakfast had a great variety of options. Orhan, the owner, was incredibly thoughtful and friendly. He always asked if there was anything he could do to help and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He offered us Turkish coffee twice and checked in after we left to ensure we got home safely. We truly appreciated his kindness and attention to detail.

The hotel location was great, wasn’t that far from all important places, and the breakfast was really good but repetitive. The rooms and toilets are really small for the double bedrooms.

The spa was closed for maintenance reasons but I have not received any information from the hotel about this. Also week before my journey I received a price for the spa access so hotel management had time to inform me that SPA is closed.

The room and bathroom were clean. Towels and bed covers were changed on a daily basis. The breakfast was rich and to my expectation. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. They showed generous hospitality too. They went out of their way to help and give guidance. The hotel is situated very close to Aksaray tram station (one minute walk) and close to Aksaray metro station (5 minute walk). I recommend the shuttle service they offer as the prices are very reasonable, the drivers are polite and professional, and the cars are new and well maintained.

Wonderful stuff. A problem with my first room got solved in a few seconds without the need to complain. Thanks to the Team who made our stay very enjoyable and pleasant. It’s definitely not the Ritz Carlton, but it has everything you need in a hotel. Best for the price.

We are incredibly happy that we chose the Meretto Hotel and trusted the positive reviews - they were absolutely right. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Every day they kindly checked in on how we were doing and even gave us great suggestions on where to go and what to see. You really feel cared for here. The location is another big advantage - it’s close to the metro and public transport, which makes getting around the city really easy. But what surprised us the most is that many main sights and shopping areas are actually within walking distance, so we managed to explore a lot without even needing transportation. At the same time, the hotel is slightly away from the main road, which makes it much quieter and more peaceful, especially compared to the bigger hotels directly on busy streets. In short - highly recommended! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you to the whole team at Meretto Hotel for making our trip so pleasant!

Our room was located on the ground floor, and in the mornings it could get a bit noisy when the nearby shops started opening. But aside from that, everything was great, and the overall atmosphere remained calm and cozy.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Initially, our room was a bit noisy due to street traffic and the emergency generator of nearby hotel, but the manager promptly changed our room for better one, which we really appreciated. The manager was incredibly friendly, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. All credit to him. The hospitality of the entire staff was top-notch, making us feel welcome and well-cared for. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the area. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel arranged our transfer to the airport, which was very convenient and stress-free. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The new coffee machine for coffee beans and the offer of fresh orange juice would be nice.

The highlight was definitely the service provided by Vlad and Abdu, they were super helpful especially Vlad. They made my stay very welcoming and also assisted me with local places to see. The breakfast was also good.

I would say that I didn’t like that there were local delivery trucks super early in the morning loud talking in the streets with the locals. Also I would say that the pictures looked nicer than the rooms and also the pool and gym weren’t in use. This seems like it has been out for a few months. Also this has nothing to do with the hotel, more my observation. I would stay on the Asian side of Istanbul next time since there is a lot more going on regarding traditional restaurants and cafes and It’s a lot cheaper for food.

The breakfast was very good, the room very comfortable and quiet, and the staff was extremely friendly. I was pleasantly surprised.

The area is not extremely beautiful and a bit noisy, but it has easy access to the tram and is walking distance from the Suleimaniye Mosque and the Grand Bazar.

It was one of the most beautiful experiences we've had. The food was delicious and diversified, and the hospitality was at another level. Every day the rooms are cleaned and you get new towels and new room slippers. Everything you need, Mr Orhan is there to help you. He is one of the most respectful and nice men we meet.

We really appreciated the entire staff who were kind, welcoming, attentive and helped us with everything we needed. The rooms were clean, towels were changed daily and the AC worked very well, which was very appreciated after a day of exploring the city in the summer. We also appreciated the fact that we could leave our luggage both upon arrival and departure, without any additional fee. Also, the fact that we had the option of a transfer from the airport to the hotel/hotel to airport+ the possibility of weighing our luggage at the hotel upon departure, helped us a lot and made our stay easier. The hotel is close to public transportation and important tourist attractions, the street it is located on is very lively and you can also find a currency exchange office and shops nearby.

I have nothing to complain about the hotel facilities. One thing that shortened our plans in a day and where we had higher expectations was the cruise/dinner on the Bosphorus. The transport was delayed for an hour and a half and the menu (although it seemed much richer in presentation) consisted of a few dishes that I can't say were worth the money…but it was also an experience and the view saved the situation. I think partnerships like this should be carefully chosen so as not to affect the customers' trust in the hotel's services overall.
