As soon as we entered the Hotel we received a warm welcome. Our luggage was taken to the room and the room was just perfect. The room was cleaned daily. The service provided by brother Ali was exceptional. We felt so comfortable to be at Santra hotel due to all the efforts of staff but brother Ali was always very helpful and always greeted us with his magical smile 😊 brother John was also so nice and helpful too😊

All praise for the staff, they are all really kind and helpful and if it were up to the staff I would give them a 10, however some things need to be improved. The hotel location is excellent.

Breakfast is poor, there is not enough space, if more people come for breakfast at the same time, there is a high chance that they will not find a place. There are always missing either plates or spoons/forks. The idea of ​​cooking, eating, washing dishes in the same tiny space is bad.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff was exceptionally friendly and always made sure we were comfortable. The location is perfect, just steps from the tram station, which made getting around very easy. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. Hotel is in a very good location, close to public transportation. Staff is very welcoming and helpful, always there 24/7. The breakfast was good and there was a very nice view, since it’s on the terrace. Cleaning service was good.

The towels were clean, but had old stains on them.

The hotel looks great! Very kind, friendly staff. Helped with all questions. The hotel is very conveniently located, there are many good shops, parks, attractions nearby. There is also a tram stop nearby, from where you can get where you need to go)

Hotel was nice and modern and in a perfet location for our plans in Istambul. Rooms were clean. Breakfast very nice.
