The location is fantastic — right next to Aksaray station, with easy access to currency exchange, markets, SIM card shops, restaurants, and many other conveniences. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Serkan and Alper — we truly couldn’t thank them enough!

It would be great to offer more variety in the breakfast buffet, especially for long-term guests, by changing some of the dishes on a daily basis.

I would like to thanks all staff in hotel special thanks to (Serkaw,alper,Tolga and beyza) Was so friendly and helpful. I don't have any bad comment at all my vacation was amazing and hotels very near to everywhere I went ,metro and taxi point was only 2 minutes from my accommodation place .

Nothing at all but I will only suggest to change the variety of breakfast, was so delicious but they do only have two types of breakfast menue hope to get at lest 4 types so we could enjoy more in next tripe

Personnel were very friendly and attentive. Serkan and Alder at reception and the breakfast staff are so nice. Answered all our questions and gave advice. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was sufficient. So close to the tram. We stayed at the back on the 5th floor, no problems with noise. The later check out is a bonus if your flight is in the evening. Your luggage can be stored with them.

This hotel is perfect, I have been going there for years, the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Sercan, I tried several hotels in Istanbul and every time I go back to them because they are the best I would like to thank them for everything and look forward to seeing you next time

Fantastic breakfast buffet featuring an impressive variety of traditional Turkish cuisine and excellent service from the staff. Despite a minor language barrier, the housekeeping and front desk staff were very attentive to our needs. The hotel is perfectly situated, just a two-minute walk from metro services that connect you to all the city's top sights.

The hotel was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Alper and Mr.Serkan. They help me by give one hour after time check out. The breakfast was wonderful and the workers were so nice. The site of the hotel is in the center and everything is around.

The only thing confused us that the airport driver cannot reach the hotel easily because the street were closed

The hotel was located near the Topkapi palace, walking distance, and facilities were great. I found the front of desk service was exceptional, especially Vedat and Onur who provided great service, they went out their way to make my stay comfortable. Thank you both. I will be differently be looking to stay at the Grand Durmaz Hotel on my next visit to Istanbul.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Clean room with towels, slippers and toiletries provided. Reception staff were friendly, especially Serkan- he was so helpful and made our stay so easy. Great buffet breakfast available and bottled water/coffee topped up in the room daily. The location was ok, took us around 30 mins to walk from Sultanahmet but there is a tram stop opposite the hotel so that was very convenient. The local area had many shops/restaurants nearby. Great views from the restaurant terrace.

We booked a deluxe twin room but had to stay the first night in a small double room. The second room had a drain smell in the bathroom but was clean otherwise. Lighting is very dim in the rooms. We would have liked a landmark view as per room description, but that was not available. These were all minor issues and our stay was very good overall.

Especially thank you very much to Mr. ONUR and Mr. SERKAN.. They were very Helpful and Hospitality.. Especially Mr. ONUR.. Who help Us to extended our room. He was very kind and made Us comfortable. He responsed to our needed ( Iron, Toilet maintenanced, Bed Sheets changed)The best experience during our 3 nights stayed in GRAND DURMAZ HOTEL.. Hopefully will come back soon in 2025.
