The hotel location is the most convinient for any spots you plan to visit! close to 5 metro station and tram # 1 right around the corner. Plenty restaurants and shopping spots including small grocery shops for water, fruits and snacks. The breakfast is the same every day but you wouldn't go hungry starting your day! Stayed twice at this hotel and plan to stay again. The employees do all possible to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you!

Peaceful, Clean, Friendly staff.

Breakfast was same everyday. They should have changed at least few items in the menu. If we arrive late night then the entrance door is locked and need to stay out whole night.

The location is great and the staff is amazing. Nice breakfast too and the price is very affordable for a location in the very city center.

Rooms are so so small and the shower is so small it's barely usable. No appliances in a room (to make yourself a tea you need to go to a shared dining room), the safe isn't working.

The reception is wonderful, Welcoming people in a respectful way,you feel you are at home, it is near the transportation 1 min only, it is near the souk ,1 min far, calm at night, breakfast is good provide all what you need ,it is included , The room is tiny but more than enough for a single person, it is not luxe but if you are traveling for work I strongly recommend it.

The location is excellent & convenient, very close to the tram station, plenty of shops beside. The reception is wonderful, staff were nice, especially Orkhan-receptionist very friendly and supportive. Good breakfast.

The day receptionist was very helpful...had some friends staying in a different hotel one of whom is in a wheelchair and hills around that hotel were unmanageable, the receptionist found room in the hotel for them on the 1st floor which was suitable....he was very helpful, sorry didn't catch your name but thank you 👏👏

Good value for money...

Really good location. A few minutes from Aksaray tram station and 5 minutes walk from Airport shuttle bus station. Grand Bazaar is also walking distance. Good enough Breakfast, and nice staffs.

A bit felt smoking smell.

Location of the hotel was great, 5min from a tram station. Moreover, the hotel team was kind and friendly.

Just a note: the breakfast was good, however, would be nice to have other varieties of food.
