We loved the room size and the location

The breakfast quite poor regarding quality of the food; quantitative was considerable but low quality for a 4star hotel

Rooms were clean and location was good. The staff is also very helpful. They have all required information which can help a tourist to plan their itenery.

Breakfast was having a good spread but it needs more cooked options to be included. Lot of dishes were looking like they are just for display and not sure if people like them or not. For e.g. different type of cheese spreads like 5 to 6 types are not required if you have the best one. There were lot of options in pastries but again not all were tasty (as i tried them).

The receptionist is really nice, i think his name is Nur Din. He gladly accommodate to get to the room when i arrive early in the morning after a long flight. The room is very good in overall, and well-cleaned when we got there. The rest of the staff are also nice and sweet, they are very helping when we got confused on certain things. The receptionist may also help you get a taxi to the airport, and he helped us get the XL car with a very reasonable price.

The one thing is lacking that there are no proper desk in the room i was staying. I had some jobs to do during the stay, however the chair and table only accommodate for make ups and not big enough to put laptops on comfortably. Not exactly a deal breaker, but something to consider when you plan to bring laptops during the stay.

Very poor quality of breakfast!!! We even do not complian about the assortment which was the same for all 5 days, but the quality was poor! Far from a 4 stars hotel. Hotel is located in an area with a lot of trafic, bus station in front of the hotel. Despite the fact they gave us a room in the silent part, we could hardly sleep at night. We asked them to arrange the transfer from Istanbukl airport to hotel . They asked for 50 Euro. We found another solution, with 30 Euro. On the way back they arranged it for 30 Euro- it could have been on arrival too!!!

We had a very spacious room with 2 beds, beautifully modernized. Room: Cleanliness rated 10, towels changed and bed made every day. The room was always clean when we returned from the city. Bathroom: Very good water pressure in the shower and hot water was instant, no waiting required. The room climate was very good at night and easy to adjust. Breakfast was very diverse and tasty, everything fresh. Reception was excellent, available anytime we needed assistance and provided guidance to the places we wanted to visit. Guarded parking right in front of the hotel. Very pleasantly impressed! Highly recommend.

The location is super! We really liked the staff and the rooms. Very clean and big and they changed our towels daily. I was really happy with the variety of the breakfast. Happy to stay here nexy time also.

The location is great and easy to access the main touristic locations , the included breakfast was amazing,fresh vegetables .

Staff members at reception are kind and helpful. When we just arrived to hotel ,the receptionist gave us the key of one selected room but when went to the room it wasn’t yet ready and we were sent to another room . The rain shower wasn’t working in the bathroom , not enough hangers or shelves to hang or fold clothes and the fridge stopped working next day after we arrived (we recognized it only on last days when we wanted to place sweets purchased )

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. If there was no parking available, they parked our rental. Reminded us about protecting our belongings while travelling. Spoke to others for us if necessary. One staff member allowed us to use his personal phone. The younger staff members were courteous and respectful. Nurettin one of the front desk employees went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of at all times. We met his family on a tour to the Blue Mosque together. His two little girls are very sweet. And although his wife didn’t understand English, she was very kind and hospitable.

1. Having to call downstairs every night to turn on the A/C 2. We didn’t like the breakfast. This was disappointing, because it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Scramble eggs were wet, and other eggs along with the sausages had too much salt. Eventually we just ate the bread with soup or went out for breakfast.

Great location on a main street, walkable distance to major touristic points, but also very close to tram station. Free parking available just in front of the hotel. Very good and various breakfast. Upper rooms with a very nice view, but noisy at night due to traffic on main street. Nice and helpful staff, they have helped us very much during our stay.

The rooms could have been more cleaner (found dust and other residuals under and near some of the major furniture pieces).

Location 30min walk to historic sites. Restaurant area for breakfast was well set out and felt luxurious. The staff member on reception that checked me out on 8th Oct am was very friendly. ‘Arri’ the staff member in the spa was very friendly and helpful.

A young new staff member on reception was not as friendly and recommended the restaurant opposite, which was not great and pricey. We understood later that that staff member was a trainee and new. But that did not spoil our stay here The spa was an extra 10euro. I chose the hotel also because it had a spa that I could use without cost during my stay. However I paid because I wanted to just enjoy my holiday.
