The room exceeded my expectations — it was spacious, tastefully decorated, and absolutely spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail, from the fresh, fluffy towels to the premium toiletries, reflected real care and attention. I’d like to express my deepest gratitude to Ridwan, the hotel manager. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made my stay truly memorable. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction — thank you, Ridwan, for going above and beyond.

There isn’t much variation in the breakfast served daily.

We loved the room size and the location

The breakfast quite poor regarding quality of the food; quantitative was considerable but low quality for a 4star hotel

Rooms were clean and location was good. The staff is also very helpful. They have all required information which can help a tourist to plan their itenery.

Breakfast was having a good spread but it needs more cooked options to be included. Lot of dishes were looking like they are just for display and not sure if people like them or not. For e.g. different type of cheese spreads like 5 to 6 types are not required if you have the best one. There were lot of options in pastries but again not all were tasty (as i tried them).

The receptionist is really nice, i think his name is Nur Din. He gladly accommodate to get to the room when i arrive early in the morning after a long flight. The room is very good in overall, and well-cleaned when we got there. The rest of the staff are also nice and sweet, they are very helping when we got confused on certain things. The receptionist may also help you get a taxi to the airport, and he helped us get the XL car with a very reasonable price.

The one thing is lacking that there are no proper desk in the room i was staying. I had some jobs to do during the stay, however the chair and table only accommodate for make ups and not big enough to put laptops on comfortably. Not exactly a deal breaker, but something to consider when you plan to bring laptops during the stay.

Very poor quality of breakfast!!! We even do not complian about the assortment which was the same for all 5 days, but the quality was poor! Far from a 4 stars hotel. Hotel is located in an area with a lot of trafic, bus station in front of the hotel. Despite the fact they gave us a room in the silent part, we could hardly sleep at night. We asked them to arrange the transfer from Istanbukl airport to hotel . They asked for 50 Euro. We found another solution, with 30 Euro. On the way back they arranged it for 30 Euro- it could have been on arrival too!!!

We had a very spacious room with 2 beds, beautifully modernized. Room: Cleanliness rated 10, towels changed and bed made every day. The room was always clean when we returned from the city. Bathroom: Very good water pressure in the shower and hot water was instant, no waiting required. The room climate was very good at night and easy to adjust. Breakfast was very diverse and tasty, everything fresh. Reception was excellent, available anytime we needed assistance and provided guidance to the places we wanted to visit. Guarded parking right in front of the hotel. Very pleasantly impressed! Highly recommend.

We stayed here with my friend from May 2nd to May 4th, 2025, and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh options and great coffee to start the day. The staff were kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The staff were very helpful. Their credit card terminal didn't work with our card when we checked in but they said "no problem try again tomorrow". Eventually they fixed their terminal on the 3rd day but it was no stress for us. The location is OK easy walking to the tram and Sultanahmet historical sites.

The TV in our room stopped working several times with a "no signal" message. The staff seemed unable to fix it permanently.

The location is super! We really liked the staff and the rooms. Very clean and big and they changed our towels daily. I was really happy with the variety of the breakfast. Happy to stay here nexy time also.

The location is great and easy to access the main touristic locations , the included breakfast was amazing,fresh vegetables .

Staff members at reception are kind and helpful. When we just arrived to hotel ,the receptionist gave us the key of one selected room but when went to the room it wasn’t yet ready and we were sent to another room . The rain shower wasn’t working in the bathroom , not enough hangers or shelves to hang or fold clothes and the fridge stopped working next day after we arrived (we recognized it only on last days when we wanted to place sweets purchased )
