The location of hotel is good, close to tram and metro lines, 3-10 minutes walk. Staff is really friendly, specially those in the kitchen preparing the daily breakfast. Very good options of food for this reasonably priced hotel.

We stayed for 10 nights in the hotel, it was very good stay, the location is amazing, near to aksaray metro station (about 100 meter), near to bus station (about 30 Meter) and near to tramway station (about 200 meter), the staff is very kind and professional, the room was good, breakfast was in my expectations, i am very satisfied, i will visit it again if i go to Istanbul next time

the ko station of the hotel is very good it is near to every shop and any public transport shops and Resturant are open till late night ATM is very close so it’s very convenient for a holiday maker travelling with the family. it’s was clean the reception was very welcoming .

it’s just that we only had a week to stay in Istambul but whenever we are back we will always come to stay on this hotel and would recommend it to our friends and family.

Location is perfect near to all major places , near to food and shopping places

the quality of rooms are very low , cleanness is not there , even blankets are also not clean and hygiene, so i dont suggest for family ...

They don’t know how to deal with visitors. They don’t even know how to manage reservations on booking. They want to get paid cash so they fabricate a lot of problems with our Visa card (they doesn’t care that we have a morning flight) it was terrible night.
