We spent 4 nights at the hotel. I booked a deluxe suite for 2 children and 2 adults. Since we went to see the city, we didn't spend much time there, but it was perfectly adequate for that time. The breakfast was buffet style, the same every morning, but everyone found something suitable for themselves. The hotel staff were very nice, especially Omar, who answered all our questions and helped us in everything. It is in an excellent location in terms of public transport, the T1 tram is about 2 minutes away, the M1 metro is 5 minutes, and the B2 metro stop (Marmaray) was also about 10 minutes walk. There are many shopping opportunities in the area. An excellent hotel in terms of price / value.

There could have been more wardrobes in the room, we couldn't unpack our clothes.

Really nice space and good value for money. The hotel is located in aksara district and close tram, stop, mall and so many other public facilities and not next to any known tourist traps. We had the family suite and it was surprisingly large, it was perfect for 4 of us and we really enjoyed it. The room had a lounge section so our friends and family could come inside to sit and relax with us. Breakfast gets sent directly to room so it’s pretty easy if you’re feeling lazy. The bathrooms had bidet and very very nice hot shower. Leo was an excellent host and really made our stay comfortable and Mehmoud was also great. Inside our room we had a kitchen so they gave us extra supplies which was nice to have and they went above and beyond in their service. It was fully air conditioned which really made it easy to have a comfortable stay as it was quite cold for me outside so I cranked AC on full heat to be get comfortable.

Overall, this place is good value. The location is amazing, right next to the metro station where buses from the airport stop and the tram station for T1 which can take you to all the main sights really fast. The walk to Grand Bazaar takes just about 20 minutes and a bit more to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. There are lots of shops and cafes around the hotel, too. The staff is really welcoming and ready to help. We were offered to check in a bit earlier and check out a bit later without any additional fee, which was really nice. They can also provide you with transfer to/from the airport and you can buy some excursions at the reception, but we didn't do it. The rooms are quite nice and clean. We got our towels changed and the room cleaned as soon as we put a sign on the door. It might be a bit chilly and the floors are cold, but air conditioning works well and it gets warm pretty fast. Beds and sofas are comfy enough, so you can get a good sleep. It's pretty quiet, too, although the hotel is located in a busy area.

Honestly, this place has everything you can get for this price and location. There were a few minor drawbacks, though. We stayed in the room with kitchen and it was a bit low on kitchen utensils, for example, having only one small knife or no frying pan and dish soap with a sponge. There are really small things and you can always talk to the staff to get something. The second drawback was breakfast. It wasn't bad, just not really diverse. We stayed for a week and everyday there was the same food - boiled eggs, sausages, fries, a few salads, some cheese and salami and vegies. That's quite enough to keep you not hungry, but we could use a bit of diversity there. Though, if you stay only for a few days, it shouldn't be an issue at all.

I found the location excellent as we were two minutes away from the tram station AKSARay which connects you to all the tourist spots by using an istanbulKart for a cheap price. The property size was sufficient for three adults and two children. It was a lounge area with an open plan kitchen coupled with two rooms displaying 2 single beds and one double bed. The lounge area also was equipped with two sofa beds. As our room was not overlooking the busy streets the night sleep was peaceful with no sound of traffic and other disturbance. The staff made the holiday more comfortable, very helpful with transporting bags. I asked staff to help me book my transfer that I made myself using bookings.com and they were able to translate and confirm the booking. They are were excellent with translation. I was not charged for anything extra. Leo you were amazing thank you so much for all your support. breakfast was served between 8-10am, Turkish breakfast delivered to the room with delicious hot Turkish tea. Will recommend as I think I excellent service for the money I paid. P

The entrance was slightly difficult as it includes 6 ish steps then an automatic door then another 10 ish steep steps. My dad was on crutches as it was slightly scary going up and down. Once your in the hotel the lift is available to access all 6 floors. I think for wheelchair users and clients with pram it shall be difficult.

A cute boutique hotel in a good convenient location close to metro and bus stop just outside the hotel. Close to Taksim and Hagia Sofia even by uber nit more than 12 minutes and 5 euros trip . Leo the one in charge, is very hospitable and kind and helpful , he runs this hotel with passion, and he is ready to help with in anything, he arranged a cruise dinner and a city tour for us . Breakfast is delivered to the room a cute tasty turkish breakfast. Room was clean with all facilities needed an electric stove , washing machine , chinaware ans cutleries, well heated and quite. ATM machine, money exchange , convenience stores, a lot of small restaurants available just at 2 minutes walk. Ww were very happy with our 5 nights stays in Istanbul, thanks Leo , and hopefully we will come back again .

Room was nice and clean the a/c worked well. We ended up in a different room than we booked and required a washing machine which our room was supposed to have but didn’t. But Leo provided free laundry service for us which was good. Nothing was an issue and anything we needed Leo sorted for us. Overall we had a great experience staying at Maranda suite hotel.

Excellent location, 3 minutes to the tram station,quick connection to the subway in 5 minutes.Small, clean, tidy hotel with very friendly staff.Very cute parrot at the reception, and nice cats in the garden

The economy single room was really super small, you get out of bed and bump into the wall, of course there is no wardrobe, just a hanger, there was no place for a suitcase. The bathroom is excellent.Breakfast is served, there is no option to choose .Juice and fresh and yogurt were not offered.

the location was perfect for travelling around Istanbul. Its located close to Aksaray tram station and with T1 tram you can reach most of the touristic attractions like Sultanahmet , Grand Bazar, Bosphoros etc. With small kids, we could comeback in the afternoon, take some rest and again explore the city until late night. We booked Deluxe suit for a family of 4. The Buffet was also good with salad, cheese, bread, eggs etc. We did not cook inside the room as Istanbul offers many street food. The contact person (Omar) was very helpful in providing some tips. After the check out, he also allowed to keep our luggage and offered coffee and water for free. He was also supportive in booking taxi.

Although the room had kitchen, it did not have any basic utensils like spoon or plates. But since we did not intend to cook it was not a problem for us. There are many restuarants nearby and we did not feel the necessity.

The staff is very friendly and accomodate the guests' requests in every possible way. In addition, a decent breakfast is served. The elevator is a relief. Being a smoker I loved the terrace at the first floor.

It is located on a very busy street. That comes with its pros and cons. Pros being transport, food, drinks, or anything you may need is available within its vicinity. Cons: the entrance is very congested and begins with stairs. Due to presence of other businesses right at the doorstep, it can be noisy, stinky (only at the entrance), and strangers stairing at you coming and going. But don't get me wrong. Our stay at Maranda gave us an opportunity to live like locals in a local neighbourhood which is not very touristy.

The hotel was wonderful from everything. The location is in the transportation center. Aksaray tram station is 200 meters away. Aksaray metro station is 450 meters away. Anikapi metro station is 350 meters away The hotel is clean and tidy, and the treatment is more than wonderful, especially to the reception by the wonderful and kind brothers Omar, brother Ali, and brother Fatih, and let us not forget Ahmed. The cleaning of the rooms is excellent thanks to the sisters Güzel and Gönül. The breakfast is very good and varied. Many thanks to all the members of the Ramada Suite Hotel for the good hospitality. I hope to stay in it. Once again while visiting Istanbul.
