Everything it’s Good 👍

This is a small hotel really worth staying at. The room was really clean and tidy, towels were changed daily. Toiletries, room slippers and nescafe/tea sachets were refilled and changed daily. Even if the bar of soap barely used they will replace it... The staff is amazing, everyone of them made us feel home, they offered to help us with anything we needed. Hot water every day at any time, AC worked perfectly, kettle present. And a mini fridge and tv that i never used. I got really sick during my stay, the staff prepared me special hot lemonade free of charge without me asking... We were a group of 3 female friends and we felt safe and were treated like family. The location of the hotel is perfect, really close to everything. Just across the street a change office In the same bulding a store that sells delicious breakfast and sweets (the breakfast items are so cheap and delicious compared to other shops)... KFC 10 m away for a late dinner. The hotel is walking distance from Yenikapı station which is the biggest station i think in Istanbul where you can take Marmaray train, M2 metro and a couple more metros that we did not use. And Aksaray Tram station was walking distance too, as well as bus stations. So we had access to any public transport without any trouble. It is a prime location, situated on Aksaray's main road, no difficulties to reach anywhere. Pharmacies were so close, markets as well. There is nothing we couldn't find close to the hotel. I highly recommend this place, and i willl be staying there again for sure.

The hotel is very cozy and comfortable, staff very nice specially Fayçal who helped us too much for our stay. He upgraded our room and gave us bigger one. He even gave us his own Istanbul card to use public transport as a hint for our first Istanbul stay.

Professional staff timely service and close to many food outlets. Spacious room.

There was machine sound that was coming at 11pm and goes until 2am which we couldn’t explain sounds like a train moving. Otherwise the room was good.

Excellent location. Close to the Aksaray Tram station which is convenient for visiting top tourist spots in Old area of Istanbul. Plenty of shops, fast-restaurants and kebab outlets. About 10 minutes walk from Aksaray Metro station which is a conveniently direct line to the main Istanbul Bus Station (Esenler Otogar).

They really helpful with destination I need it to go 2 by instructed me which is best and cheap method to use the place was in middle of every where security was excellent

Nothing, everything was excellent

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the Maro, the tram, Aksari, Youssef Pasha, Lalay and others, a 5-minute walk. The people in the hotel are kind and helpful. The check-in process took less than 5 minutes, and the reception staff are very nice. The services are excellent, thank you.

The staff and especially the owner has been extremely hospitable: they provided lots of free treats and coffee, and the owner personally helped to carry luggage to the bus stop when I was leaving for the airport.
