Definitely recommend. Very helpful consultants and prompt service. Every request was followed through with confirmation of emails and phone calls. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. The staff at the hotel always greeted us with a smile and took care of all our requests. The location of the hotel is in the center and it is very easy to reach.

I picked one of the lower priced hotels in this area (centre) and it was worthwhile. It is exactly as the photos, a small but spotless clean room with a very comfortable bed, thick darkening curtains, a large smart television, and clean white linens. The shower had good pressure and hot water. There were extra towels plus a nice cleaning team will give you anything you need. The room has a small mini fridge, a tea kettle, a safe and you can make tea or coffee. There is a lovely breakfast provided as well.

I chose a small room for a good price. This is the only "sacrifice" you have to make if you don't want to pay high prices. The rest of the room is the same high quality of a tourist and business hotel.

We first booked another hotel near Galata Tower. It was so dirty, smelly and really bad/old furnitures. After one night in that hotel I booked the Bosfor Hotel instead. It was amazing. Clean, modern, nice furnitures, nice staff, good breakfast. The location of hotel is really good. You can walk to almost all of the turist places, it is near. I have stayed in the Bosfor Hotel for two years ago , so this is my second time staying in this hotel. When the other hotel near galata was not good I instantly knew which hotel to book - the Bosfor hotel. From now on I will only choose Bosfor hotel for my trips to istanbul!

Hotel was clean. Room was small. Breakfast was perfect. Staff was attentive. Location is good, but overcrowded and noisy.

Hotel is really good. Just reopened. Everything is brand new and super clean. People who work there are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is super delicious and various. Location is good. It's close to metro station, shops, restaurants and you can get everywhere from there. Rooms are just like on photos. All recommendations for this hotel. We really enjoyed and we will definitely come again. Thank you so much Murat on reception who welcomed us and helped because credit card on booking didn't work. All the best guys. Boutique hotel in a very busy district of Istanbul. Staff were polite, room was very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. There was scrambled & cold boiled eggs, meats, cheeses, cereals, breads, yogurt, fruit, jams …. All buffet and very filling.

Small elevator that was so full constantly at breakfast time that I nearly missed my taxi back to the airport - I need to bring my cases down in it - leave plenty of time to use elevator around breakfast time. Also, no handrails on steps into hotel - this is quite common around Istanbul.

We had a wonderful stay, we hope to come back in Istanbul, the staff was great, especially Murat who was very helpful and his English is so good, he organized shuttle service for my family for a really good price, and provided so many useful information about Istanbul. Hotel is very clean, breakfast is really good. Location is great as well, because it is close to everything, you can take the tram, bus or metro which is all 2-3 minutes away from the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality.

It would be great to have an extra chair and table in the family room.

The hotel is situated close to the subway station which is very covenient. Very clean rooms, towels were changed regularly. Breakfast was nice. Despite the fact that our windows were overlooking the street and there was a bar, it was comfortable to sleep, can't complain about the sounds. There was live guitar music in the afternoon in the lobby.

Our room was quite small. One of the bathroom's walls was closed with wooden blinds and you can easily see what the other does there. The elevator fits only two people and is often busy.

The location was exceptionally convenient, just around the corner from T1 tram and buses, short walk downhill to the Yenikapi metro and also a short walk from Havaist airport bus station in Aksaray, making it really easy to transfer and explore the surroundings. The staff provided good service. We thought the food was well prepared and diverse enough for a hotel of this size and price range and the room was very clean and well equiped. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a central location to explore the city on public transport or by foot without breaking the wallet and sacrificing basic comfort.

The only downside was noise from the bar across the street, loud music until late at night. We still slept very well but we recommend you have a pair of earpluggs ready if you're a light sleeper. Additionally, while the room size didn't bother us, as it is very well organized despite being small, we can see how some guests might find it a bit dificult to navigate if they're carrying more than two suitcases. Still, overall experience was very, very positive.

Great location, 1 min away from Aksaray stations, few minutes from Yenikapi metro, but not on the main street so it was not noisy. Breakfest was great, staff helpful and polite, helped with suitcases, sim card, instanbul card, airport transfer, they helped to switch from twin to triple room, thanks a lot ☺️ .
