Everything was fine, clean, decent accommodation, with friendly staff, with excellent breakfast!! Every day clean towels, soap, everything you need. Easily accessible, either on foot or by tram, close to the Grand baazar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and its surroundings. Airport transfer arranged by the hotel. We hope to return soon! :)

If you are not a good sleeper you need earplugs because of the noise from the street and the air conditioning. The doors probably don't close properly. I know this is a problem in other hotels because of the heavy traffic.. Apart from that, everything was great. * We had earplugs! :)

The hotel is in a great location; The Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace can be reached on foot but can also be reached by tram from just outside the hotel. It is also very easy to reach Taksim Square and Kadıköy from Yenikapı by metro/train. We always felt very safe in the surrounding area and there were a few great places for breakfast very close . They also served good food for those times when you don't want to go any further to the many incredible restaurants Istanbul has to offer. Although the main roads are almost always extremely busy and there is a lot of traffic noise, we had no noise problems as the side roads surrounding the hotel are quieter. The hotel room was clean and very modern, as well as comfortable, with great air conditioning and a large fridge - very handy for storing plenty of water, which you can buy at a very low cost from the shop next door. The manager Mr. TATAR was extremely polite and helpful, he messaged me on WhatsApp a few days ago, offered to arrange an airport transfer and gave plenty of advice when answering any questions/requests. He was there every day and could always be contacted via WhatsApp with very quick responses when he was away. He was very friendly, always happy to chat and take an interest in what we were doing as we passed reception. and freshly prepared Turkish tea, which you could enjoy in the very comfortable lounge area.

really good location & easy to access the Aksaray Metro to use the Haviast to & from the airport aswell as the Tram & bus station close by. Always a busy area so defiently feel safe anytime of the day.

No kettles or cups provided in the room, but did have a small fridge. Had one afternoon no access to water & when my husband spoke to the receptionist he had a little attitude while he looked it up online to state no water until 8pm. I would of suggested the hotel reception should of let his guests know in advance if this something common in the area.

Everything related to the hotel was perfect. Great location 3min from Aksaray Tram. Staff and service was great, they help you with the luggage and even open the lift door for you! Breakfast was good, nothing to complain about. Very safe streets around the hotel. Mr Tatar and the managers are very welcoming.

Nothing related to the hotel. But there were two notes. First 2days we had a smoking smell in the room. Last 2days we had new neigbours who talk too loud even after 12pm

We have stay there for 7 nights. There is clean room and cute personal added positive moments to our staying. There are tea or cofee in the lobby is free and self-service. And for addition there is very cheep covid test (for 150 tl) while in other places it cost 250 tl. The nurse came at 10.00 and takes samples, and in the evening we received the results on the phone. Also nearby Laleli shops, bus station, Yenikapi metro station and Aksaray tram station. There is very good transport varioations for trip.

It was clean, nice location, easy to get to the main locations by public transportation (which was very close) and it had a non stop (I think) small supermarket very close to the hotel and very friendly staff.

I think that the only minuses are related to the outside noise (depending on each person’s level of noise tolerance it might be at some momenta too much) and the pillows, which it seemed in our scenario (group of 4) that aren’t the best (at least in our perception).

We spent 8 nights in this hotel. In short: a very good value for the money. Location - within walking distance from public transportation. Cleanliness - spotless. Room - small but cosy, clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast - tasty, staff is doing their best to make varieties every day. Staff - very polite and professional. Special thanks to Tatar, the manager.

The hotel is fantastic, with a great location – the bus comes directly from the airport to the hotel. The city center is within walking distance. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone speaks English. Breakfast is good and healthy. Highly recommended!

i stayed 9 days , 3 out of 9 no one clean my room , one pillow per guest , I order another one but the told me no extra pillow avaliable. no kettel no drinking water or coffee

Staff are really nice, especially Mahmoud. A few minutes walk from the airport bus and tram station, a lot of local restaurants, shops and supermarkets, and room and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was OK, not many choices but fine, also they offered us coffee/tea 24/7 for free
