All new inside, extra service like swimming pool and spa, good breakfast and good location.

We went to the swimming pool and the employee said to us that the cost is 5€ per person from today after 6 pm, when to the reception they informed us that it was free all day. After that other two people arrived and they didn’t pay because it wasn’t been agreed before. After a discussion they gave us the money back. We suggest to define a clear price for the entrance to swimming pool for all the customer. There is an extra service and it’s reasonable to pay 5€ per person, but it should be defined before.

I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone, because the property is in the great location, everything food, shopping facilities are around the hotel, also easy metro/train/bus access. Staff was very friendly and super comfortable to communicate with also great hospitality. Breakfast was very delicious, rooms were very cosy, comfortable and very clean. Thank you so much once again for great hospitality, i will be back for sure!

Everything was perfect!

The location of the hotel was very good for our purposes (close to the M2 metro line and the T1 tram line that takes you directly to Hagia Sofia, Eminonu harbour etc). The reception clerks (Turan and Yousuf, I hope I spelled their names correctly) were more than helpful with finding us a taxi for the airport on a day when the metro was closed by government order and there was quite a bit of chaos on the streets (1st May 2024). You could also purchase all kinds of activities at the reception (e.g. Bosporus cruise with dinner) which could come very handy if you don't have time or you don't want to search somewhere else. The breakfast was plentiful. Too oriental for my taste, but you could find alternatives. The rooms we stayed in were quiet (facing an inner courtyard) and they were very kind in giving us twin beds in both rooms (as we requested in the booking). I did not try the pool (which apparently was free until 6 PM) or the massage service (I think this was a paid service).

It seemed a bit worn out and in need of some investments. I would have appreciated a couple of more pegs in the bathroom.

Everything was good. Air condition was always really cold and nice especially during summer. Rooms were cleaned well everyday. Lobby area and reception really helpful. Theres also coffee in the corner where you can ask for while waiting for taxi. Location is perfect, can always get a taxi there, and even for metro, super easy. Walking distance also to the grand bazaar. So overall a good stay.

Wouldnt say something i didnt like but the room we had was quite small though it works for us. Aircond temperature was too cold and not adjustable, so we had to switch the aircond off at some point (also not a big deal for us, was okay with that). Housekeeping could put the blanket sheets a little better, but this are just small comments for improvements. Otherwise the hotel is perfect.

The staff were helpful and supported us with bookings for the day or evening trips we wanted. I wish to particularly mention Yusuf at the hotel reception who helped and was patient when we were making those bookings. Thank you Yusuf and also thank you to Kadir! Location was convenient to public transport. Room was comfortable.

1. The sauna was not working for the first few days of our stay. 2. The swimming pool water was freezing cold - lukewarm heating of the water would have helped. 3. Swimming pool was very small/tiny. 4. Room walls were a bit thin as you could hear people in the corridors or other rooms.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Very friendly staff. Walking to the Bazaar (12 mins) or further to the Blue Mosque (20 mins). Also 5 mins walk to the nearest Tram station, so good location to come back to for a refresh in the afternoon. Really nice room, not huge but very comfortably furnished. Fridge and electric jug to use. Breakfast has different reviews on the site, it is very extensive for Turkish items, limited for Western tastes. But would still give the breakfast a very good rating. The spa area is lovely, but it is a cold plunge pool. We found it too cold to use.

The staff could consult a western person for ideas of easy breakfast items to add. eg the Muesli was, we think, porridge oats.

It was clean. The room in general is good but very small. I was traveling solo, so that didn't bother me. I asked for a high floor room, and the room that was assigned to me in floor 6th had a side sea view(?). If you open the window and looked at the side you will see the sea^^ that was nice as it is mentioned that they don't have any view^^ The breakfast also in general was good, very turkish with all that yogurt and cheese and tea~ the coffee didn't fit my taste so I just recommend you to drink the tea. Someone here mentioned that they don't have a toaster, and indeed, there wasn't. But you don't need it as they offer turkish bread that doesn't need toaster. The location is very very good close to the tram, metro and even if you want to take the boat to the asian side - if you are an energetic walker - you will be able to reach in about 20 to 30 minutes walk. There are so many attractions and restaurants around ~ The spa was clean and empty. I had no time, so I didn't use myself, but it was nice just to know that it is there~ Btw, I arrived early, and they just allowed me to check in around 10:30~11.

So there is a critical issue ¡¡ the walls are so thin. You can hear anyone walking in the aisle. You can hear your next doorTT. I am very sensitive to sound, and that was disturbing for me. May be you want to bring earplugs with you.

I stayed at Aspen Hotel Istanbul in May and overall had a very pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference. I really enjoyed the breakfast – the variety and taste were excellent. The rooms and showers were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the complimentary access to the spa facilities. The airport transfer service was also a great convenience.

That said, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. In the sauna, one of the seats was missing a board, which made it uncomfortable to use. Also, the water pressure in the shower was quite low, making it difficult to wash long hair properly.

Warm friendly welcome from the staff on duty whenever we returned to the hotel and also upon initial arrival. Very helpful, explained facilities to us. Location is excellent - easy access to shops, restaurants, metro, trains and trams. Many of the main city highlights within easy walking distance. Hotel has a pool which we didn’t use. There is also a sauna and steam room. We had a suite on the 8th floor - stunning views across the city and well worth the additional cost. Bed was very comfortable - bedroom and sitting area had very effective air conditioning. Breakfast was typically Turkish and plentiful although things like orange juice and bread ran out very quickly so we had to be quick!

Some of the towels we had were frayed and could do with replacing. Water pressure to shower could be variable.

The pool is very little the spa very little and weak my shower doesn't work properly for breakfast the juice machine was broken for 3 days and also the cappuccino has problems to 1 days
