The staff: Very good, and very good service, from the counter to the floor management, to the staff when getting breakfast, and last but not least, the cleaning. Really respectful and serviceminded people. The stay: Rooms are as you see on pictures and the stay was very pleasent. The Breakfast on the rooftop was a big plus - a good and calm way to start you day. The placement of the hotel: Central placement, 18 minute walk to the grand bazar, and close to shopping and restaurants. If you like the puls of the city, it's a plus. And even though it's in the middle of the city, the streets are quiet in the evening.

The only thing that the hotel must approve on is the WIFI. We are traveling with 4 kids (teenagers) so wifi is very important for us. The wifi was slow, and sometimes it was not working (for a short period).

-I ask to change the room bcs was a room with the window between walls and no sun or fresh air in the room, they change the room fast and without problems; - close to subway and tram; - friendly stuff; - rooms are new redecorate.

-breakfast could be improved( some fried eggs, yogurt,pastry, more diversity) -the windows of the rooms are low soundproofed and you can hear all the noise from the street -towels could be more soft.

Had a partial sea view, with a spacious balcony. Room is decent size, but could be a bit bigger. It was difficult putting the suitcase down and opening it as there was not much space to go around it when open. The breakfast was varied, with good food. If you managed to get a place on the outdoor terrace, you could have a nice sea view for breakfast. Also there are a couple of cute cats on the outside of the terrace keeping you company. Nice welcome gift, with some juices, chocolates and water. Five minute walk from T1 tram station, so it is easy to go to Grand Bazaar, Sultanahmet Square or Eminonu.

The area is frequent by people walking around trying to sell you all kinds of things. The elevators are not properly working. Sometimes we went up and down twice before actually getting to our top level floor (on the 3rd attempt).

The hotel is in a great location. It's close to the tram station and subway station and is very convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast is rich and the staff is friendly. We arrived very early and were given free early check-in. The hotel restaurant has a very good viewing terrace and dining here is also a perfect experience.

The quilt is a bit hard

staying at the hotel was a pleasure...we were accommodated in a room with a terrace...it was clean and tidy...cleaning every day and changing sheets, towels...the breakfast place on the 9th floor is great...very cozy and with very beautiful terrace overlooking the sea...it was really wonderful...would come back again!

The room was small...but then again we didn't come to stay in the room...so I'm not complaining 🙂🙃

We loved our room on the 8th floor, with balcony and sea view. It was very clean, with daily cleaning, and except for a noisy guest one night, was very quiet, even with the restaurant above us and being centrally located. There was pleanty of choice at breakfast, with the staff, especially Mohammad, Ahmet and Samir being very helpful and friendly. It was lovely to be able to sit out on the rooftop terrace to have your morning coffee. All the sights are easily reached on foot or public transport, which is very good. The staff are always willing to help and advise. A special mention for Farukh, the Hotel Manager, who went out of his way to phone us to give directions to the hotel, and was available for help throughout our stay. The warmth of the staff and Farukh made our first visit to Istanbul very special.

Location and nice restaurant. Close to public tranaport and street full of restaurant and shopping places.

Breakfast was average, bread was like 3 days old. Staff in restaurant speaks very bad English, but they were kind. Triple room has no space for like nothing...there was just 3 beds and you barely could'n walk. I did not know where can I leave my suitcase.

A good hotel, with an ok location, close to the Grand Bazaar and a 25-minute walk from the Blue Mosque. The rooms are clean but the soundproofing is below expectations. The exemplary staff in behavior and attitude, led by the general manager Mr. Omer Faruk Erdem to the receptionists Omer Vahtiayar and Suat Kaya who made our stay excellent. We thank them once again.

Breakfast is ok, but a greater variety of local sweets would be desirable.

Front desk : excellent, very supportive House keeping: excellent, every day cleaning without asking. Restaurant and breakfast: fresh food, varaiety every day, very pleasent staff, amazing view. Very good location nearby all kind of transportations, 3 stations to Taksim by metro. Modern and decent room furniture, comfy beds.

Small room size but like the most in Istanbul. Zero sound proof.

central location to everything - clean - great breakfast buffet- friendly service.
