The location of the hotel is excellent, it is 5 min walk to tram station and 3 stops from Sultanahmet, and 2 stops to the Grand Bazar! The stuff is super attentive and will go beyond to help you, specially lovelly Natia who was very kind and organised massages for us and she gave us information about places to go etc. The breakfast very good as well, lots of options for cold and hot foods also and they were changed every day. The hotel is brand new so everything is super clean, facilities are very good and they provide at extra cost hamam and massage, you can enjoy the pool and sauna for free!!

Confusing information about Hammam and pool - didn’t end up using either. Location not great at night as it’s far from touristy areas and the water so if you miss the last metro, you need to get an expensive taxi.

The rooms and facilities were very clean and staff was very good. Faisal at the reception was very helpful to make any additional arrangements and providing good advice on how to do things and best places to do them and ways to reach these places. Room cleaning staff were also very good and doing it very quickly

Breakfast was good but the same everyday, little variation. So, starting to get bored if staying for longer than very few days

The location was excellent. About a 3 minute walk to TRAM 1 which goes to all the key places. You could also walk to Sultanahmet if you chose to. Several food options with in blocks of this hotel. Great breakfast spread. Nice terrace as part of room.

I chose the place for location, and facilities. When we checked in we were told the pool was open until 10. When we came it from a long day of sightseeing to use the pool around 9pm we were told the pool closed at 8 that day. The pool lighting was out or something wasn't working. There appeared to be a bar, but not open.

Location was great, hotel is quit clean, staf is nice, more helpful was Muhamed. 🙏

Room is little especially for 7 night stay, pool is very little as well, at 10 its already closed, sauna is for extra money.

I liked the staff at the reception desk. Everybody was very helpful and available at all times. Excellent work done by cleaners. They really made our room sparkle every day. Cleaners were very professional. I loved breakfast. There was a lot of food options to choose from and everything was fresh and tasty. Wi-Fi worked well.

This is not a fault of the hotel by any means but in front of the hotel there is Martini bar and restaurant that runs disco parties. It's very loud till late at night.

Hello I would just like to say we have had a lovely stay in the Freya Luxury Hotel , everything has been absolutely amazing from the time we arrived to the time we will be leaving, The staff have been really caring and look after us. Hulya has really looked after us and made sure our room was always clean and tidy. All the facilities have been amazing ,a Couldn't ask for more, I give this hotel 10/10. Thank you. Everything was perfect

We enjoyed very much the stay in this location. The hotel met with all our expectations. It was very pleasant the atmosphere and the hotel personnel very kind, helpful, answering to all our questions, helping us to solve different problems. I would like to show our appreciations to Mr. Faysal and Mehmet, day receptionist and Mr. Ahmet, bell boy, who were very friendly and helpful. The bed and the pillow weren't comfortable. as a couple better to provide an entire double bed not 2 single beds put together, it's very uncomfortable. and the pillow were a bit hard. if they can improve on that it will be fine

I loveeee the staff, the breakfast was so good, they gave me fresh towels every day and they even had hair conditioners in bathrooms beside the shampoons and shower gels. I love it. Good location and high quality food. The whole hotel smells soooo good.👍
