The breakfast was good and there was a variation in it and the employee called ahmed was so helpful and respectful and the reception employee Abdullah too and the house keeping was good and whenever we want anything we just ask and get it right away

Nice hotel, near Yenikapi station, near the tramway line, so you can go anywhere. There are lot of fast food and restaurants near, supermarkets. You can reach by the main street all tourist sites - Blue mosque, Agya Sofia, Basilica Cisterna.

The ventilation in the bathroom didn't work so we had to open the window. The window mechanism needs to be changed or to be fixed, because it was not quite ok. The carpet on the floor was in some strange stains, so it must be washed or changed. The breakfast was the same all the 6 days we were in the hotel - would be nice to have some change from time to time.

The hotel is located next to the tram and close to the metro. It is also within walking distance from major attractions (15-20 min walk) Staff is kind and speaks English. Breakfast was nice, with a decent variety of olives, cheeses, bread, eggs, rice, plygour, yogurt, tea, coffee etc. They also offer a complimentary bottle of water every day. Overall the hotel is value for money, for those looking at the lower price spectrum. Definitely recommended!

The lighting in the room is not sufficient. Also, the shower doors had an opening which means that we had to be careful not to spill water all over the floor. Nothing serious, just a bit annoying. Room service would enter the room after knocking on the door, in case you didn't hang the "do not disturb" sign. Given they started cleaning early in the morning, you had to get up to put the sign on the door if you wanted privacy. Maybe they should only enter the room if you hand the sign "make up my room".

I had a wonderful experience at Delta Hotel Istanbul. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible service at the reception. Mr. Manapez Orhan and Mr. Nurten were especially helpful, professional, and kind. They went out of their way to assist me with every request. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I sincerely thank Mr. Orhan and Mr. Nurten for their outstanding hospitality!

Mr Orhan was very good. He gave us late checkout freely (at 2:30pm).

The rooms were small.

We arrived earlier than expected, and the receptionist, Mr. Orhan, kindly facilitated an early check-in. We were accommodated in a spacious family room, which was cleaned daily to a high standard. Initially, we had booked for one night, but after a pleasant experience, we decided to extend our stay for an additional five days. Mr. Orhan managed our request efficiently and generously offered a discount for the extended stay. The breakfast was satisfying, and the dinner menu was both selective and generous in portions. Overall, the pricing was reasonable and provided good value for money. Many thanks to Mr. Orhan for his excellent service. We highly recommend Delta Hotel and look forward to staying here again during our next visit from the UK.

wonderful staff. friendly, help with luggage. very nice to children. breakfast is plentiful, even soup. Orhan is very professional and friendly. rooms are clean, cleaned every day. new towels. they serve water in the room every day. helped us with our luggage. nice lobby, they serve coffee and tea. worth the money..

Too much air freshner.

We spent 7 days at the Delta Hotel. We have no complaints. The hotel staff is wonderful and speak English excellent. They are people who will be at your disposal at any moment. There is always hot water in bathroom. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the towels are changed daily. Also, drinking water was provided every day. The hotel serves a varied breakfast. The hotel staff cooks omlet also if you want. Marmaray and Metro are a 5-minute walk away, and Aksaray Metro and T1 are approximately 5-7 minutes away.

Upgraded us to so called ‘suite’ which just seemed like a family room. Nice to have the extra room. The location is brilliant close to tram, metro and train. Would recommend

The cleaners weren’t always consistent. Went days without hand soap. Also had a few hours without water and didn’t compensate or apologise. Breakfast was the same everyday no fruit apart from oranges. Half board means you get a choice of 5 meals in the restaurant downstairs not anything more and service was terrible.
