Reasonably priced, good location - many facilities, shops, eateries are close by; quiet room, basic but has all you need; staff is helpful; breakfast - not the greatest but rather good, can't complain.

Shower cabin - doors broken, takes quite an effort to close and open them, some lights in the room not working.

The hotel has an excellent location. It is located in the heart of the city, 1 minute from the metro and 1 minute from the tram, on the street. staff are helpful and professional. rooms are very clean and big. Breakfast is prepared with fresh products every day. I can say that it is the best hotel in the region according to its price. Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim, the hotel manager. He helped me with everything during my stay. He also helped me to have a luxurious dinner on the ship by making a city tour and a Bosphorus tour. I suggest you get information about PCR test, city tour, airport transfer vehicle and city tours from the receptionist before you go to the travel agencies on the streets. because the travel agencies on the street are very expensive and unreliable. The hotel offers you all the facilities.

it was cheap and convenient for where we needed to stay for 1 night in Istanbul. For the price we wasnt expecting much and to be fair it was as I expected, we asked to check in early as we arrived in Istanbul very early but they couldn't let us have a room earlier than 1pm an hour earlier than 2pm checkin so that was disappointing to start with. Room was as advertised It wasn't the Hilton but we just need somewhere safe to store our bags and have a short kip and shower before leaving early next morning. we didn't get back to the hotel until 2am and it was good that staff are available to let you in to the room at tea time in the morning. Never having stayed in Istanbul before I cannot say what the standards are for the price it is somewhere I wouldn't stay with my wife but for a couple of nights with the lads/mates it is adequate.

The staff were very friendly and nice, the breakfast was very good. I've been here before, antd they were always good to me, the hotel's location is excellent.

It was a bit noisy because of the colossal traffic outside, since our room looked to the main street, but this is Istanbul, the city never sleeps.

The place is located close to the metro station in the old city. You are near the tourist attractions and public transport. You may also enjoy free breakfast in the morning which is good. Plus it is super affordable in such a tourist area.

The quilt cover is only provided if you ask, repeatedly.

nothing in particular if I except that the room equipment and furniture need to be replaced. There should be more general channels on TV: arabic mainly, since many of the guests were from Tunisia and Algeria

The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and warm. anything we asked for was provided within minutes so we were pretty happy.

I am the kind of person who puts Do Not Disturb sign usually for my whole stay so it would be good to print some of these and this way the hotel can save a lot of money from laundry as changing the sheets every day was very kind, but to me it is not necessary. Some fruits for breakfast would be good too :)

It was great, the room with a street view is spacious and you can find everything you are looking for in the manager İbrahim Bey, who is interested in the cleaning ladies and everything you are looking for.
