The staff were very responsive, I easily asked them for modification in my booking, and they did it. They also provided early check-in for my parents. Wifi was really good.

Breakfast is not a buffet. Is packed breakfast.

The location was in the Fatih district near to Yenikapi Metro Station. The local shops were very good and was able to get sweets as souvenirs and a very reasonable rate compared to rates at the grand bazaar and spice bazaar. The main road is vibrant with all sorts available and good access to the tourist attractions. The staff are lovely and very accommodating just use Google translate to get by if you can. They arranged a boat tour for us and for our transfer back to the airport at the end of the trip at a reasonable rate and in a nice mini van. Be aware the breakfast is in the reception and drains in the bathrooms are old so can smell a bit but I would return here again. The hotel is very good for the price and the staff is lovely

The only thing is that they didn't have enough blankets and gave towels for us to sleep with though you can use the aircon to make the room warm.

The room was good, with all need facilities. I really like staff, especially outstanding managers Tolga and Hussein. Tolga is a high professional, very polite and always ready to help, I so appreciate him. I guess hotel administration should give a bonus to Tolga for his excellent hospitality. Also there was a balcony with nice view

Cleaning service. During 7 days here housekeeping 3 times made a bad, but she didn’t clean the floor and bathroom. Even when we asked reception and put the sign in the room’s door to wash the floor, she didn’t.

I checked out yesterday from 102 room. I would like to say a big thank you to Mustafa on reception. He is just an amazing. He always helps, support. I really appreciate it. If i would come again to hotel its only because of Mustafa. He provided an excellent customer service

Difficulty connecting to the internet, every time you have to enter your username and password, and you have to go down to the receptionist for that

Very low cost option to stay in this area, so overall a good experience. Great location super close to Yenikapi metro, aksaray metro and the tram both close by. Room was compact but comfortable and well appointed, it had everything you needed. Fridge, hairdryer, toilettries etc. Heater and air conditioning both working. Beds were comfortable, shower was good. Wifi worked well. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Twin room requested and confirmed - but on arrival only a room with a small double was available (which wasn't great for us) hotel did change us to a twin room the following day. Breakfast was a pre-plated selection eaten in the reception lobby, rather than a buffet. Wasn't over the moon with this but it was adequate. Hotel guests were SUPER noisy. Obviously not the hotels fault but there was very little soundproofing so did really disturb our nights.

Perfect location and great price. I asked for early check in and they met the requirement which was awsome after near 20hours trip. The room was beautifully decorated with all the necessary staf and bathroom was also comfortable with hot water and towels. Internet connection avaliable and fast. There is also elevator which is perfect if you have big baggage. Breakfast was also included, not big variety but tasty.I recommend it for sure.

Nothing to dislike

Absolutely enjoyed staying that otel Yenikapi. Brand new hotel very clean rooms and helpful staff. I have met all three rotating shift staff, and they are all very helpful. My room was cleaned daily, and they looked after me daily. And breakfast is available. I will 10000% go back on my next visit. Thank you all.

To be very honest. There was nothing I didn't like. I was happy I picked that hotel.

Clean, comfortable, with good location, 5 min walk to metro and tramway. Definitely if I return I will come back to this hotel.

The personnel cleaning lady likes to listen to music while cleaning other rooms and she woke me up several times with loud music though I had Do not disturb sign on my door.

Everything was good.
