It is a small hotel with friendly staff. The bed is very comfortable and the hotel is situated on a busy street near metro and trams.

The fridge didn’t work and had old bad fruit inside it. The cleaner didn’t clean our toilet during our stay which is a bit disgusting. The curtains had old stains on it, it would be better if they were replaced by new ones. I suggest replacing the carpets also. A smart TV with Netflix would be a plus too. :)

A fair hotel which is more for a stopover (2 or 3 nights max) rather than for longer stays. The ac was good and cooling was really good. Location is also good. This is a 3 star hotel rather than 4 as advertised and offering was in-line with a three star hotel.

The breakfast was fine, nothing exceptional but a good basic breakfast with some hot food and a large salad bar. The room could have been cleaner. As others have pointed out, the noise from the main road is there, especially relevant if you are staying in the front rooms. Sound proofing, not the best, you can hear people calling for lifts, sometimes flushing sounds as well in the toilet. Smell from bathroom at times. Wifi was alright and sometimes it lagged. Bed sheets could have been better, not 100% cotton. Asked for a pillow and request was denied. The lighting in the room was also on the dim side. Tv channels not so many, mainly in the local language.

The breakfast was delightful, offering diverse options, from fresh fruit and pastries to omelets, there was something to satisfy every craving.

It was an entirely positive experience, every aspect exceeded expectations.

Breakfast could be topped up when we came down for it. The breakfast staff were miserable for some reason.

The location is perfect - next to the Aksaray metro station (also a airport shuttle bus stop) and to the T1 tram line which will take you to all the attractions - Grand Bazaar, Sultanahmet (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi palace etc), and to Kabatas port. The staff is helpful, the reception 24/7 and the rooms were cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable although the materace wasn't new. Very good breakfast.

The hotel is old, so you will see that all the furniture etc are used - but they were cleaned quite well. The reception, corridor and lift are tiny. There's only one lift that barely fits 2 - 3 persons so you may be stuck for a while waiting for it sometimes. These are limitations due to the age of the building, I guess, but there is a kontrast between how it feels to be there versus how it is presented in pictures etc.

I stayed at four seven hotel between 7-14 Oct '24 it was my first trip exploring istanbul solo so I needed all the help in the city I could get. Ibrahim, Faris, Ahmed and few of the other guys whom I can't remember the names of were so very helpful! They booked my tours for me and guided me to places were I could self explore too. The hotel was exceptionally in a great location and short walks to main attractions. The rooms were bigger than expected and made to standards of a decent hilton hotel. The breakfast was excellent and had many different options everyday. I felt at home and all the staff made me feel comfortable and made sure I had transfer cabs waiting on time when needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to turkiye. her şey için teşekkür ederim 🇹🇷

I couldn't fault the hotel for anything. It was 11/10 !

Very good noise isolation, although the street was very noisy, you don’t hear it in the room. Staff was very nice and breakfast hours and check out time are very reasonable. We also got water, tea and coffee in our rooms and there was a mini fridge. The location is very good - you can take a tram or even walk until the main sights, close to metro station and Marmaray. But at the same time the food prices in the street where the hotel is, is on the same level as for locals, so outside of the districts with expensive restaurants for tourists. No problems with reservation whatsoever.

Breakfast was good in general, but coffee was instant from the coffee machine.

Hotel was clean ..it's location was excellent ..the reception employee ibrahim (syrian) and forquan were the best and the lady cleaning room was so good ..

Employee in the restaurant were very strange breakfast supposed to start at 7.30 but they never ready at time .while you are having breakfast you find one lady passing with night dress ..others are fighting ..others are having breakfast at same time guests are having ..other one cleaning bathroom..their manager having a room in the restaurant talking very loudly ..restaurant is a mess

Excellent location only a few minutes away from the tram station and the yenikapi metro station. Very clean room, comfortable beds, great breakfast.

Nice location,maybe a bit noisy due the traffic but a very good soud proof wall and windows they provide a silent room....the breakfast is really good with a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits....

A bit poor WiFi and definitely the big minus is that it's not possible to use the Spa facilities neither booking the time one day in advance.....
