First, the location and the placement of the property are simply perfect, convenient and surrounded by everything you might need. The team, especially Mhammad and the two guys at the reception, were amazing. They were extremely friendly, respectful, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless and super clean, with great attention to detail. Everything was so amazing that I ended up extending my stay because I didn’t want to leave! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul. It truly exceeded all my expectations.

However, the furniture in the room felt quite dated, and it seemed like the pictures online were taken when the hotel was brand new. While the room was clean and functional, a refresh would certainly enhance the experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the restaurant on the top floor. Sipping a cup of Turkish tea while enjoying the breathtaking sea view was truly special. It’s a wonderful spot to relax, especially in the evenings. Overall, despite the slightly worn-out furnishings, this hotel offers a great stay thanks to its prime location, warm hospitality, and stunning rooftop views. I would recommend it to travelers who prioritize location and service over modern decor.

I arrive very late at the hotel as my flight from London arrive at 10.30pm. Within 3 minutes, check in was done and I had the key for my room. Next day I met Mr Mehmet the manager. I asked for late checkout. He authorised without any complications to stay 1 hour longer. Very good guy. The cherry on the cake is the breakfast on the 7th floor. Amazing view of Istanbul from the open sky veranda. Don’t miss this view. I’ll surely go back.

The staff is very very nice and helpful . The receptionist s guided us with all our steps in Istanbul. One staff even gave us his own transportation card to help with tram tickets . The breakfast in the terrace was very tasty, the chef and the staff in the kitchen were very hospitable. It is great value for the price we paid . The rooms are good, nothing special but great just to spend a few nights.

This was my second stay at this hotel, the first being two years ago. The quality of services remains consistently high. The rooftop restaurant offers a lovely view and nice breakfast.. The hotel is well-located, making it convenient to visit different parts of Istanbul.

The on-site restaurant offered a delightful culinary journey. The eating on the terrace, from where you can see all around the city, was amazing. The menu was diverse, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The chef's attention to presentation and flavor showcased a commitment to culinary excellence.

The elevator is too small for 3 persons.

The staff was very friendly and helpful making my stay so comfortable, thanks a lot to Mr. Mhammat (manager), Mr. Mhammat (reception), and Mr. Dagistan (reception). Great breakfast. The location is just steps from Yenikapi metro station which can connect you to every part of the city, literally!

Good location if you need to be in Aksaray/Laleli, close to metro station and the tram stop. The room was big and clean. Staff are good.

The rooms have only one key, and if you are more than one person and what to do separate things, you need to bother one another (arrived at 2am and had to wake up others to open the door).

The location was excellent, very close to metro and tram. Friendly staff.
