Quite honestly, I liked everything! The location you can't beat. It's conveniently located around shops, restaurants, etc. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. I can't remember his name but their was a very friendly young man that checked me in and recommended the dinner cruise that was great! And, there was a very young man who worked during the night shift who was equally amazing! I told them that going forward this is where I will reside whenever I am in Istanbul because I am there quite regularly. And, about the room they're a bit small well maintained modern clean rooms.

The breakfast

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very central, making it easy to get around. The room was comfortable, and both the room and the bathroom were very clean. The staff were professional and extremely helpful — a special thanks to Mr. Önder for his outstanding service. The breakfast was plentiful and more than enough to start the day right. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is very good, the staff is very good, the location is very good! Everything in this hotel is well arranged and well organized!We had asked them to reserve a space in front of the hotel for our car and they reserved it for us! Perfect, they were expecting us at all. Everything was very good!

The location is excellent 5 minutes walk from the metro station and 7 minutes from Tram

The hotel has no noise isolation, from the road you hear the sirens of vehicles that do not stop all night. You can hear the tenants in the rooms next door. For those who like quiet at night the hotel is not at all .

The rooms were very clean and spacious . Great accommodation with all necessary facilities. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any travelling to Istanbul. Had a great stay here .
