It's a good hotel, the staff is very nice and will help you when you need it, everything is clean, the wifi is good, the breakfast is fresh. The location is perfect metro, tram, marmaray, bus stations will take you to all tourist locations very soon, I like everything in this hotel and thank you from our group for that.

Everything was clean and working, all the stuff was looking fresh and new. Cleanings was every day. Towels, shampoo and soap was included.

Some minor things like ants, paint dents on the walls but nothing of it matters for me. Whats really matters is the placement, hotel is pretty far away from tourist attractions and located somewhere in the middle of poor and noisy crowd polluting the streets with their "goods" to sell. But honestly - pretty much whole Istanbul is looking like a big suffocating annoying bazar so its hard to find a better place but still possible.

Location is good and stuff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was alright, could be improved. Fridge is very helpful in the hot weather and a very good sized for a hotel room also. We've got a choice of 2 rooms when we arrived and I choose the one on the top floor because there was a big balcony but it was very hot and the next day I have told the receptionist and they give us a room on the first floor without balcony but we was happy with it because it was colder. Overall a good experience. I would recommend it to people that don't expect luxury, you'll get a decent accommodation for a decent price, close to the sea of Marmara and the grand bazar.

Bathroom is not very clean, a bit of mould and water leak from the top floor. Cleaning standards are not what Europeans are expecting but is decent for the money we've payed.

The location is great, it is at 300 m from the Yenikapi metro station, one can arrive from here via Marmaray metro to Uskudar in 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly, they allowed us to do the check in 2 hours earlier, to leave the luggage to the reception on the last day as we had the flight in the evening. The cleaning ladies cleaned the room and changed the towels daily.

We did not like the breakfast as it consisted mainly in bread which was ok, tasty cheese, some meat pasta, a few tomatoes, the eggs were old, but the coffee an tea were good. We also did not like that there were no lamps in the room.

All was well.

Excellent hotel, room is very clean, staff is very kind and helpful. We arrived early in the morning, almost eight hours before check in,but without any problems we got a room, even bigger than we booked! Thank you for your hospitality and wish you all the best! See you again!

Good breakfast offerings. Comfortable and clean bed. The lady on the front desk in the morning allowed us to store our bags whilst we went out for the day.

The shower did not drain quick enough which left us standing in 5 inches of water. The bathroom itself could have been a little cleaner.

Great customer service by the team, very helpful, good water pressure and hot water ( some 5 star hotels dont event have this) , comfy bed, clean room, cannot complain for the price

Wifi was abit up and down and area is a little noisy at night but nothing crazy and these are things out of the hotels control

The hotel personnel were all very friendly and always willing to assist. They allowed for a very early check in without any hassle.

The toilet rolls seem to not have as much toilet paper on as where we come from, so it can go quite quickly. If you do run out however, don't be afraid to ask as they will replenish it for you.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the reception. The location was very good and close to the metro, tram and some shops. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was good, although it could be improved.
