I liked the hotel location, near to Metro stop and city center "Beyazit" (just walk distance 10-15 minutes). Though this hotel is not huge but it is newly renovated and clean inside and you can have all facilities what is needed for specially with this price per night. Regarding hotel surrounding noise/buzz, it all depend the direction of your room windows either on busy street side or other. I personally was satisfed by choosing this hotel and would like to come back :)

Free parking, 30 min walking to Grand Bazar. Not a fancy neighbourhood, but its good experience to see local life. Local food places around. And working air con :). My rating is price and location + stuff ratio. It was cheapest selection at that day near center with free parking.

- the guys from the hotel are very helpful even if some of them are not that good at speaking English. There is one person that speaks English well and he was very helpful especially with the parking of the car when we arrived. - rooms are clean and confortable. - the rooms that are on the side of the entrance are quiet and are cool inside during this part of the year (no need to use the AC to cool it down). - the size of the room is acceptable, not a lot of space but enough for a stay of 2 persons. - very close to Yenikapi metro/subway station and Maramaray station. Google Maps will say its 13 min away, in reality it is 5-7 min away depending on how fast you walk. There you can find Istanbul kart machines and connections toward most significant points of interest from Istanbul. - Very good price/quality ratio.

- the rooms from the other side (the one with the view toward the sea) are usually more noisier due to the train passing very close and some boats / ships / ferries that are leaving the small port. Also since it is south oriented, it gets very hot inside but the AC works and it cools down the place. - the area around the hotel is not the nicest and you may find it very doubtful once you walk around. - the hotel person answer very slow to messages on Booking or WhatsApp or not answer at all. Communication would be a thing to improve.

Good location near the metro station. Room was clean and I was greeted very warmly despite arriving very late. Good value for the money!

Staff very friendly and helpful . I will always come back there 😍❤️ the hotel has a good location close to the bus or metro and access everywhere is great 😍 on the street there is SICAK CAFE 😍 a cafe with nice service where you can eat breakfast, lunch and also super cheap ESER LAKANTASI 😍 also with great staff.

The room was very nice with a touch of the old; like the golden framed mirror, artworks and lamps. Beddings and towels where very clean and crisp white. The bed was really comfortable and the airconditioner made it easy to regulator the temperature. There were trees outside my window and I woke up to lovely birdsong every morning. Being so close to the shore there were a soft cooling breeze outside the hotel wich always felt nice after a day out on the town. The nearby tramway didn’t bother me at all. Most historic site is within walking distance without it being in the most tourist crowded areas. But if you prefere there are Metro, tramway and buses nearby. The staff was amazingly kind; offered me te and coffee and helped with all kind of things. As a solo traveler I felt very safe. This hotel is good worth for the money and I highly recommend it.

We stayed for 1 night only before the Istanbul Halfmarathon run. It is very conveniently located for this purpose - 5 minutes and you are at the start point. The room itself is as in the pictures. The staff was really welcoming. The bed was comfortable and there was good water pressure in the shower. It’s very close to the metro and Marmaray stations.

It was me and my husband but we had only 1 towel. We could have asked for another one, I’m sure, but for just 1 night the hustle wasn’t worth it. We opened the window at night and it was noisy in the street. There was AC though. There was only 1 glass in the room and it was all dirty and broken BUT the owner offered us tea when we arrived and we also had tea from the reception in the morning, so it was not much of a problem.

The people that were manning the hotel up front were old dudes. They were pretty cool and nice. Gave you welcoming drinks and stuff.

I think the old dudes don't sleep cause they were still talking until the morning lol and I could hear it from my room.

The location was perfect for me - close to Marmaray and metro, quiet area. The price was very reasonable. Clean room, comfortable bed, towels, slippers are available. Very friendly and attentive staff. They helped me with the luggage without even asking. There is a kettle and a small fridge in the room, tea/coffee is available at the reception. Very good water pressure, plenty of hot water in the bathroom.

- The soundproofing is bad, I woke up in the night because a man in the neighbouring room had a very loud phone conversation. Take your earplugs with you. - There is no shower curtain in the bathroom and everything gets wet.

Good location near Yenikapı station and local restaurants. Great value for Istanbul.
