After searching for the right hotel for quite some time, I decided to stay at Grand FM Hotel. The location is very central—just a short walk from Marmaray, the metro, and the tram. Many historical and touristic spots are very close by, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. The rooms are stunning. They’re designed with real elegance and comfort in mind, combining luxury and style with a great eye for detail. Everything was spotlessly clean. The sheets and towels were fresh and crisp, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. Everyone I met greeted me with a smile and made me feel truly valued. This is a place I would choose again without hesitation, no matter the season. I felt completely at home during my stay. Thank you for everything. If I return to the city, this will absolutely be my first choice. The quality and service fully match the price. It’s a place that earns what you pay for.

During our weekend trip to Istanbul, which was our 6th journey abroad this year, we had specific criteria in mind: a satisfactory restroom, refreshing shower, comfortable beds, and a convenient location. I truly appreciated the staff's incredible friendliness and their unwavering readiness to assist. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and towels were changed daily. The hotel's location was definitely a plus, being incredibly close to the historic center. Getting to the hotel from the airport was a breeze, even without taking a taxi. Additionally, it offered great value for the money.

The room didn't quite match the photos. It seemed a bit smaller and simpler than we expected. Nevertheless, it didn't significantly affect our comfort since we only used the hotel for sleeping. There was some noise from the cars outside, even with the window closed. The cleanliness of the toilet was not perfect, but I wouldn't say it was dirty either.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and eager to make my stay comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt welcomed

Thanks a lot for this hotel... We  enjoyed staying at this affordable hotel... The price is reasonable.. The location is excellent.. Near from all means of Transportation.. The room and toilet are clean.. The staff is very helpful,especial Mr. Ahmed and Mrs. Mahaba.. Our next visit Isa we will for sure choose this hotel.... Thanks a lot...

Thanks a bunch for everything, i liked everything,first i was afraid after reading some comments,but if i come to Istanbul again, i will definitely stay in this hotel. The location of this place is perfect ,you could go to all tye tourist attractions easily,breakfast timing was very flexible .all the staff was doing your their best to make your stay a pleasent experience.

It was a very nice experience. The stuff was very helpful and very kind. My arrival was very early and they accept me and give me a room also at the departure I left the hotel late.thank you very much Grand FM.

Staff, especially Amir made his best in order to make our stay more comfortable and the breakfast, which started with delicious soup, crispy and warm bread
