The hotel is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Yenikapi metro station (there are both M1a and M1b lines, M2 line, train either in the direction to east/Gebce or to west/Halkali; by means of M2 and M11 is hotel easy accessible by metro from the European IST airport within 90 minutes). The hotel is located in a neighbourhood with small and busy streets, with shops and restaurants, vibrant wonderful Istanbul atmosphere is everywhere around. In 5-10 minutes’ walk in the north-eastern direction there is a district with lots of (luxury) shops. In 30 minutes you can walk to the mosques in Sultanahmet. The hotel is in very good state - reception, lift, corridors and room look new/renovated and are clean. The room was practically furnished, I especially appreciated the worktop and the chair, reliable and reasonably fast WiFi and the kettle with cups (tea and sugar was replenished daily). The bed was comfortable – not too soft, not too hard. There is also a fridge in the room. The heating is centrally controlled, I was not cold. Cleaning was done every day. You could hear the neighbours a bit when they were noisy, but it happened just occasionally during my stay. The noise from the street was very well insulated by the window. Breakfast was served on the 6th floor terrace (sufficiently protected by transparent shelter) with partial sea view. The staff at the reception was fantastic – friendly and helpful!

As for me, the coffee from the vending machine at the breakfast room. Fortunately, there are tons of other ways to enjoy coffee in Istanbul. Paymet by card means to pay some extra bank fees, but not a big issue.

The hotel is located in a very vibrant and cultural area. I really enjoyed it. The people were very friendly, there were many places close by in terms of restaurants and shops in general. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was very spacious. It was worth every penny! Above all, the staff at Emins Palace were incredibly kind and helpful. If I ever had any questions, they answered them, if I needed help with anything, I got help. 10/10, I would recommend this hotel, and I plan to return again to Instabul soon!

There are no photos of the breakfast area and the breakfast itself. It was suspucious. If I had seen it, I wouldn't have booked the room. It is not fair to the guests. And they are forced to eat in the open, tiny terrace with the wind and seagulls around. Obviously, that is done to save place for more rooms to be rented. But the whole sixth floor should be a normal restaurant and eating out should be an option.The quality of the breakfast was quite below to what other hotels offer in Istanbul. Our bedding was not change once for ten days. We would be left without toilet paper, too. Otherwise, it could be a nice, pleasant place

wifi is not password protected. Scammer have full access to hotel's data. I personally was contacted via wasp by scammers on behalf of the hotel demanding paying in advance. poor sound proofing, can hear neighbors talk and produce other sounds. tv channel in Turkish only.

The property was in a great location, very central with plenty of options for food and shopping nearby. The staff were very helpful from welcoming us and assisting with recommendations for food. Easily contactable via WhatsApp and made the experience very smooth sailing. The breakfast was also by far one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. There isn’t an extremely wide variety but it did feel home made and culturally authentic.

The room was quite hot, we put the air conditioner on but we were still very hot during the night. As it’s located in busy area we could also hear much of the street noise but this would generally stop by midnight.

The staff are amazing and helpful as for the location its a 9 minutes walk to the Aksaray tram station, and 5 mins walk to the Yenikapı metro station. The breakfast was very good and clean. The room was good just a bit small which is common in istanbul.

It is brand new decorated, the furniture and beds feel new. The reception is great and the staff very helpful in everything.

The photos shows a very calm area, even posh through the pictures. Unfortunately is in a very busy area, the taxi kind of refuse to drop me at the door in the middle of the day because of the chaos around. I also had to walk out the area to get a taxi using the app and had to wait 30 minutes because of traffic. The breakfast can improve since it is not that cheap staying at the hotel

The hotel has an excellent location. At first, while the taxi was driving us there, I wasn’t sure where we were, but once we arrived everything turned out great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Elvin. The beds are very comfortable, breakfast was good, and overall we had a great stay. From the hotel you just turn right, walk about 100 meters, and then take the stairs on the left side up to the city center.

The only thing that bothered me a little was that the rooms are not very well soundproofed, but that’s just a small complaint. For the price, you really can’t find a better hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emin Palace! Great value for the money. The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to everything, including many tourist attractions. The reception staff, Azzat and Mehmet, are incredibly helpful, friendly, and down-to-earth. They made our stay exceptionally smooth, and they are fluent in English. They are always willing to answer countless questions without any hint of frustration. I can't discuss the rooms without mentioning the housekeepers, who are friendly and detail-oriented when cleaning and restocking. The owner has done an excellent job in selecting the hotel staff! The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with comfortable beds. The Wifi works flawlessly and is complimentary. I could continue singing the hotel's praises, but I might end up writing a book about it! Be sure to visit when you come to Istanbul. LOL

The room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I do think is a very good value for money. Quite close to most attractions and if you enjoy walking and seeing the town, it is a good distance to walk around to Hagia Sophia or the bazaar.

The breakfast is very poor and the terrace doesn't look very good or neither the view. Also, the room is not soundproof, so if there is noise on the hallway or the other rooms, you will hear everything and it can be bad if you have a light sleep. The room was quite small, but personally I just need a clean bed and a shower, as I will not be staying in the room for long.
