in darkmen 2 very good cook 👍 and sunbathe terrace. Darkmen 2: After 4 days I mooved to darkmen 1 (another hotel). 10/10 points. Good service, food, rooms, my daughter liked fishes in aquarium at the lobby. Administrator Sertaç always cared about us. Thanks him) Administrator Mete professional. They speak English - it’s very important. I recommend darkmen 1 👍👍👍

Administrators darkmen 2 didn’t speak English and Russian. That’s why we had some communication problems. Cleaner touch my cloth, she changed my bags, shoes and clothes places. She cannot do that. I told her- she continued to do that.

Our Room and our friends were very comfortable, but the restroom was very small. The water heater was not working but they came and fix it immediately. The breakfast was not what we expected for the prices we paid but the staff were very attentive and try their best to assist us

Good value for money. Very good location, clean and confortable beds with quality sheets. Breackfast with enough vatiety, free turkish bath and sauna, free pool (quite small). Helpful staff.

Could use some renovation in the bathroom - falling out sink, clogged sink. Could use some attention to details like not having to ask for the towels and blankets that were missing. But, over all, I do recommend the hotel.

Loved the location. Loved the staff, especially the morning front desk man. He gave great directions and suggestions and also allowed me to borrow his Istanbulkart to get around town that day. He saved me so much time and money with his recommendations. Pure kindness.

The room could have been tidier. The floor was dusty, and one of the cups had clearly been used and not cleaned.

for the value of cost charged the property is great. it is so centrally located you can walk to most places or catch public transport. The staff there are very helpful even though you can’t speak Turkish they will go out of the way to help. they don’t expect any tips in return they are very genuine. It even has a spa facility and breakfast is OK it does the job get omelettes everyday selection of other items including cereal. I cannot reiterate how good the staff and hotel is for the cost.

nothing to dislike considering the cost you pay. if you expect a 5 star then book a five star not here come with open mind as place is great.

The manager and the kitchen woman were very attentive to our needs and requests! Nice terrace with a view over the Marmara Sea. Breakfast is varied, but finishing at 10am is a bit early for me... it was vacation for us! Pool, Sauna and Hammam were anextra plus after a visiting day!

It is not possible to have full peacefulness in the room; all rooms surrounds the elevator, and there is always those none caring people thinking that they are alone in the place!

Good size room for twin bedroom & staffs are professional as well as providing best customer service- the area is safe as there are police patrolling around area all the time! me and a friend (female) was so comfortable to go around area and further at evening/night, they are friendly and lovely people, shout-out to receptionist (this morning) who literally sorted taxi out for us to airport and made sure taxi guy was giving discounts & taking us the faster way to airport. if it wasn’t for receptionist and care taker, we would have slept in! as they woken us up and made sure taxi (he waited for us for an hour!) was available for us to go due to us being one hour late from scheduled time!

Spa was closed & breakfast was down the road in another building due to covid restrictions.

I did not expect the staff to be this helpful and willing to go out their way to please the guests. Not a single member of staff failed to smile and engage, even those who could barely speak English were translating on their devices and providing solutions. Every single staff member was just awesome.

I can't recall disliking anything.

Roof terrace was amazing and spa area in basement both connected with elevator

Even though everything was clean in room, bathroom could improve,sink is worn out.Breakfast could be richer with more European style dishes

I liked the fact they ( especially the manager) take complaints seriously an work on it . great hotel , clean , my room was cleaned everyday . stuff is kind nice and always ready for help . will definitely go back there . awesome location and kuddo to the manager he is a true deal
