Liked · Hello, usually I don´t write any comments but I made an exception for GUL OTEL. The location is great. Hotel stuff is very friendly and the owner is super kind. He helps us a lot and recommend some places to visits. Breakfast was various and delicious. They clean the rooms everyday and change the towels. They provide us a baby bed for my child which is a plus for us because other hotels in Istanbul didn´t want to provide any. I booked 5 rooms in this hotel for my big family and we were all very satisfied with our stay there. For sure if we come back in Istanbul we will book again in GUL OTEL.

Amazing staff who were always available. Breakfast was incredible healthy with a range of salads. They made egg the way you want it and my favourite was the omelette and fried egg. They had some hot breakfast selection as well. The hotel staff were so accommodating and signposted where we could get our laundry done. Our rooms were cleaned and beds changed everyday. Location was excellent and walking distance to sightseeing and attractions. Memeber of staff was so kind and asked what time we were leaving as he can serve us breakfast before the usual timings. Definitely all staff went the extra mile. If we return to Istanbul I will definitely book Gul Otel again.

No reason

The stuff and food was excellent, location is good if you would like to be close to Haja Sofia, Blue Mosque etc. otherwise I will choose Besiktas area or area with Galata tower. Stuff is really nice and friendly, ready to help all the time. Breakfast is perfect with fresh food and you will be full for sure.

I didn't like a lot of mosque is pretty close to the hotel and every morning 7 o'clock roaring is heard from mosque.

We were very pleased with our stay! The hotel has a great location — within walking distance of the Marmaray station and the city center. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — they even brought us fresh fruit to our room, and cleaned daily. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We will definitely come back again — thank you for the warm hospitality!

The room and all hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable. The staff is really helpfull and friendly. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast — it's rare to find a hotel that serves actual coffee instead of instant, and it made such a difference to start the day.

Everything was great

Staying at the Ogul Otel was quite amazing, it was located very close to all the monuments and the Grand Baazar, and all the staff were very welcoming. The beds and sheets were clean, and the breakfast was nice.

I think the only problem was the smell of the toilet, but after the first day the cleaning lady fixed it.

Everything but the highlight is the incredible customer service and the going beyond the call of duty for the staff from reception to cleaning to luggage care. Gul Otel will be my permanent home whenever I am in Istanbul

Nothing - central location!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and extensive with freshly cooked eggs to order. Room was clean, with all facilities. It was convenient close to two metro lines and some good cheap places to eat within 10 minutes

Everything was perfect and excellent. The hotel is very clean, perfect breakfast and most importantly the hotel manager Noor is a friendly person and helped us in everything, also the staff, Hosen, Saber and Faras are all kind and helpful in everything. Those who want to feel comfortable and at home then go to this hotel. For me i felt at home with family so I only return to this hotel.

Very polite and welcoming owner , the hotel has a lots of facilities, very good breakfast, very helpful staff working in the hotel, the cleanliness is perfect , I will recommend this hotel 🥰🥰
