I like the hospitality of the staff at reception including the elderly porter. That was not my first time of staying in the hotel. It was my fourth time. Suray, Alexander, Manager and the rest reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect. Location was exceptional because it's in the central of all shops that we needed. Water and Tea bags were supplied adequately but just missing out on milk. The staffs were ready to help on demand. I was very satisfied.

The hotel can improve on the TV channels by subscribing to English channels like sky. The only language spoken were Turkish and Russian languages and since we don't understand, it was boring. Through out our 4 nights, we couldn't watch television and were lost to the outside world news. The breakfast could be improved with varieties like, pasta,spaghetti fir a change.

Great location, near Yenikapi Marmaray station and Laleli tramway station, at 20-25 minutes by foot from the Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosquée and the Hagia Sophia. Comfortable and quiet air-conditioned rooms, excellent breakfast, polite staff.

The hotel looks new. The bathroom was very good. The room was spacious. I liked that they provide complimentary water bottles. Also there’s a kettle and coffee sachets. Especially now during summer I really appreciated the fridge in the room and the air conditioner. The breakfast was diverse, personally I liked that was plenty of grilled vegetables and watermelon. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Breakfast was good and the location was great walking distance to some attractions, shopping stores, beautiful architectural landmarks mediterranean cuisines, the culture, historical and restaurants. Will definitely visit again.

I wish some of the people could have been more friendly towards tourists. Hopefully, some of people will learn how to interacts with people around the world. Instead of being so rude too bad that's on them.

The hotel is very well located in the historical district, 5 minutes walk from the T1 tram, 10 minutes walk from the Hvist 12 bus stop (Aksaray metro station). Walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Agia Sofia, Galata Bridge. Breakfast is varied and very tasty. Staff very nice and attentive, last day we had to leave early for the airport, they were very nice to allow us to have breakfast earlier than we could have. They cleaned up every day.

The hotel is clean, value for money. The staff are very nice and helpful especially Suray the receptionist. She is one in a million. Very pleasant and ready to help anytime. We wanted to shop in Merter, and Osmanbey. She lent us train card to travel and directed us where to get a train. She even wrote down the stations to inter change. She booked a cab for us to the airport andthe driver was very nice and came at the right time. One of the statements to help with our luggage into the taxi. Every one was exceptional. The kitchen staff were very nice , respectful and helpful.There was this young guy, who cracks jokes with us anytime we go for breakfast. The food was very good with varieties. We were very comfortable. There was scale on our floor to weigh our luggages to avoid paying excess at the airport. They provided water in our rooms and anytime we call them for what we needed, they did it quickly. The domestic staffs two ladies were brilliant. Although they don't really speak English but they were very pleasant and helpful with hand gesture to talk to them.

It's the lighting in the bedroom. It's not bright enough especially for those who have bad eyesight even with glasses. We need very bright lights for our eyes. Even the bedside lights are not bright enough. I know some people don't like too much bright lights but there should be a control where you adjust the brightness of the lights for those who need them.The rooms should also have a note for directions on how to operate the remote control of the TV to watch English channels for those who don't understand other languages other than English.

Rarely my score is 10. Istanbul is huge, so in every hotel you stay, some place is far away. This hotel is 20-25 minutes walking from gran bazar, but in 10 minutes you can reach: Yenikapi station (and marmaray train), tramway, several bus station. The place, during the day, is a pedestrian area full of clothes shops, so it is a quite place. Staff can help you to the best as they can (I arrived at 7 a.m. and they prepared my room 4 hours early). Room is big enought, but shower is huge. Is one of the most silent room I've ever slept. Fantastic breakfast (more savory than sweet). Good Wi-Fi in all area and free water.

The location! Location, location! Although it does not have handicap accessible entry into the hotel, that was ok because it’s only 4-5 steps to get in the entrance. The staff went above & beyond to help me when they saw I needed help! The location of the property was PRICELESS! It was in the heart of the fashion district & surrounded by so many retail stores & restaurants! Great boutique hotel! Bonus: Breakfast was also great!!!

The only thing I did not like had to do with accessibility! The elevator leads to the first floor & lets you out inside the actual store! When the store is closed you have to take the stairs to the first floor & get elevator from the 1st floor. If you are slightly mobility impaired, as I am, this presents a challenge, to say the least! However, it did not present a major problem for me as I only had to take the stairs twice due to coming in after the store was closed. I don’t think there is anything the hotel can do, except possibly install a chair rail lift on the 1st flight of stairs for mobility impaired & older customers.

Room was clean, with plenty of storage and a nice bathroom. Staff were helpful and polite, booked us a taxi to the airport for our return. Plenty of shops and nice restaurants in the area. WiFi worked well.

Location was a little away from the metro and main tourist area, but still lots going on. Breakfast could have had more variety and pastries or bread for toast.
