Based in Fatih which is regarded as one of the most popular tourist areas in Istanbul, this hotel offers a range of inclusive service. The staff are very welcoming and the hotel itself is well facilitated. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling for leisure purposes. The upper floor rooms also offer a phenomenal sea view.

Unrelated to the hotel itself but it relates to the area (Fatih). i strongly advise anyone to avoid using taxi services in Istanbul and consider using Uber instead. Fatih has a lot of tourists and therefore taxi drivers take advantage of the situation and have a tendency of scamming!!

The location was good, near tram and metro stations, staff was friendly, good size and clear room

The internet connection was so poor in the 7th floor and sometimes there was no wife at all, for me it was a big issue as I had to do some work from the hotel and I had to go down to the reception for a few hours and couldn't do it from my room

The room size and hospitality was very accomodating. It was in an older part of town but great location for where we wanted to be with plenty to do around. Metro a short walk away.

Breakfast was a little basic.

Room was comfortable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Great view from restaurant. 7 mins walk to nearest tram stop

Location was in commercial sector, very few cafes nearby. Streets near hotel are very steep. Lots of steps and slopes.

Was good and tasty

The beds was not good .need more double bed nit twins. Special for partners.

Good value for the money and in great location. The dinning room has a wonderful panoramic view of the Marmara Sea.

We had problem with the air-conditioning in the room and they couldn't fix it during our stay, the alternative room they offered was not acceptable.
