Nice hôtel and staff next time nnchaallh

Everything ok

The location is very excellent, close to the tramway and the metro. The people in charge of cleaning the rooms and the restaurant are very nice and respectful.

Except for one person at the reception, his behavior is not good and his face does not laugh. I booked from Boken for a price and when I arrived at the hotel it was over 3 dollars per night.

First of all I would like to thank the receptionist for welcoming me warmly and allowing me to enter early at 7:00 am. This is the second time I stay at this hotel and as usual the hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, the bed is confort and everything is comfortable. Also the breakfast was varied, delicious and enjoyable. Thank you.

Was nice hotel clean and the breakfast was nice everyday the chef was an old smilly man I told him that im a chef in hotel too

The only bad thing the bed sheets since I been there never been changed and its obvious you can see black marks on them

Poor pillows and smoking neighbours were smelly

The location is just perfect, close to public transportation and also the main touristic sites. Breakfast is so good, varied and delicious. The room is clean and the stuff are nice and polite.

At first we stayed in a very small room , we couldn't even move in it , but in the next day we asked the receptionist to change it and we got bigger one with no extra fees.

Breakfast was great and area clean. Staff all friendly and nice.

The best hotel in Istanbul in terms of price, cleanliness and the closest to all facilities. It does not need an introduction. I advise you to visit it because it is the best in all aspects. Thank you, staff.

For the price, the breakfast and cleanliness are good. The location is also very good, it is central, very close to Laleli and Aksaray tram stops.

It was August 2024. The air conditioner in the room was not working.

Everything was perfect e.g., location, room, breakfast and the staff.

The washroom was very small. In fact the seat was beside the washbasin which was really tough to use.
