Stuff was really good and helpful. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, so we checked-in early without an extra charge. Hotel was generally clean and quiet. Location was also very good, near to the public transport.

The pool was not very clean (there was some stains of dirt). The towels in Spa were clean but very used (old), and that's why I did not have a feeling that it was clean. The ladies who were cleaning the rooms were very helpful and cute, but when we were in the room (chilling, or just sleeping in the morning) they were all the time knocking on the door or calling us and that was a bit uncomfortable for us. (Maybe that's also our fault not to hang "do not disturb" note on the door, but still, I think when someone is in the room and it isn't empty, its not needed to knock on the door (for couple of times) especially in the morning. The breakfast was almost the same every morning, without choices, so I would recommend to make the menu a bit bigger.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Time Hotel. The rooms nice, clean and cosy. The breakfast was plentiful in the morning and there was something for everyone. I can praise the restaurant manager and all the employees who do a great job. Just like the cleaning ladies who made everything nice and clean every morning. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Especially the gentleman at the reception Emre! Super staff the best! On the -2 floor is the pool and a string bath scented with essential oils and a sauna as well as a Turkish hammam and massage for a fee. I loved going down there to relax. Each time there was free tea from Salman. The hotel manager sees you personally and asks several times how you going is very friendly. The location was very good and the staff was very nice. Aside from our rooms not having a window with view everything was perfect. The breakfast was filling and everything was fresh except for the juices which didn’t really taste like anything they were just too watery. Also during the breakfast there was no cold water to drink.

hotel is at a perfect spot. amazing staff especially erhan the manager was ever so helpful and kind.. he went out of his way to help in a lot of things. hotel was clean and comfortable and the house maids were very sweet aswel. I wasn’t happy with my first room but they changed it straight away and gave me a comfortable room.

the breakfast needs a change, as you only serve all cold food, only the hot food was eggs or potato. soup was nice but will be better if there was more option on hot food is served as everything else was ice cold. and some of the staff in the restaurant need to be little kind with guest. as always I felt I was spoken to rudly or as if I wasn’t welcomed. but over all it’s a nice hotel.

when i arrived it was a bit dirty, the bathroom was quite bad, breakfast really awful... but let's keep in mind that being 3rd world the standards are really different

We have stayed here the second time while visiting Istanbul and can honestly say we absoutely love this hotel, such a family hotel and will now be our hotel we stay at every year. The team are all amazing, so kind carrying and thoughtful, thank you to the front of house team and also yousaf! We will see you again next year! Thank you for an amazing stay AS ALWAYS!

The location of the hotel is very good, the breakfast is delicious and satisfying. WiFi usage is very good.

The location of the hotel is great if you would like to visit the historical places. It is very near to the tram stop. Very polite and helpful staff. I would like to say big thanks to Emre from the reception who gave us great advice for the city and speaks perfect English.

Have in mind that there is construction works on the boulevard in front of the hotel during the night and if choose a room with a city view cloud be very noisy. All else was good.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. The cleaner was nice. The receptionists were nice. There was an area to weigh luggage which really helped us.

The hotel didn’t provide complimentary bottled mineral water.

Hotel is very nice. Personal is very firendly. Breakfast is very delicious. Central of the city location. Republic Tramway Station with by walking only 1 minute.
